We stay here 2-3 times a year and it is always clean and comfortable and a great price less than 5 minutes walk to centre of town and the beach. Strayed a few other places in town when Palm fully booked but always try and get in here first. Thanks for another great stay

Good Visit

Room was in need of some renovation but it was clean and value for money. The bonus for us, being visitors to Australia, was the kangaroos on site.

Great pool space and the Kangaroos were fun to watch. Studio was basic, but ideal size for 2 travellers and good value. A comfy bed, good air conditioning and great shower were welcome. Kitchenette was functional with a fridge, kettle & toaster, but not having a sink (had to use the bathroom one) was a little strange.

The property is clean but it’s rather dated. We would have appreciated some basic condiments such as salt and pepper since there is a full kitchen. I like to remind other travelers that there is no dryer in the property. The location is good.

Disappointing that it advertises as having free wifi, but in fact they dont have Wifi in the room, just a hotspot outside, misleading. Otherwise fine, and the kangaroos are a bonus

The staff were very welcoming with good information on the area.our room was spacious and clean. The manager was in agreement with refunding us the one night we had cancelled but since it was paid through Expedia, they will have to issue the refund. Expedia, please follow up on this and issue our refund.
