Not happy

This stay was not how we expected it to be, we came on a friends holiday for the first time and one of the rooms were infested with ants really badly. We called reception and they came and cleaned it but later on that evening when we got back to the campsite they were all back again. Due to this we had no other opportunity but to leave the campsite a day early and pay more money to stay somewhere else. I would really like you to take this into consideration and can compensate for the problem we have reached. We spoke to reception and they told us to get in contact with you.

Deja mucho que desear

Las casitas están muy descuidadas. Plato de ducha roto, cuadro de luces descolgado con todos los cables a la vista. Suelo en el baño hundido de la humedad. Los utensilios en la cocina grasientos. Había que lavar todos los platos antes de utilizar. Pedimos una cuna pero por sorpresa no había ni espacio para poder ponerla. El recepcionista nada resolutivo, a todo tenia la respuesta de que”esto no es un hotel, es un camping”. La única persona amable y servicial era el chico de mantenimiento que trajo la cuna, desmanteló una cama y la puso encima. Imposible contactar con alojamiento o recepción por teléfono. Creo que aunque es un camping, le falta la atención al cliente y servicios que son inexistentes. No volveríamos .

Camping grande

Las instalaciones estan bien. Tanto el modulo donde dormimos, piscina, bar todo esta bastante renovado y bien. La pega es que es un camping muy grande con muchissimas cuestas y escalones. Para llegar a la playa hay un buen trozo como 15 min de cuesta. Todo muy enfocado a turistas y no a gente local. Fuimos con amigas y estubo bien. No lo veo comodo para ir con niños.

Très bien

Personnel très accueillant parlant français. Bracelet très commode pour ouvrir le mobile home situé dans la forêt de pins parasols. Navette pour la plage. Piscine très propre. Petit supermarché qui dépanne. Chambres et salle de bains un peu exiguës. Nous avons pris tous nos repas sur la terrasse ombragée . Très calme en cette saison. A recommander.

Buenas vistas, muy tranquilo. La foto no correspondía al bungalow que nos dieron pero tampoco estaba mal. Lo que tuvimos muchas hormigas.
