Rivergrass Condos is a year-round adventureland; winter activities include downhill skiing and snowboarding, and in the summer the condo features a seasonal outdoor pool and segway rentals/tours. Each condo provides a kitchen with a fridge, an oven, a stovetop and a microwave. For a bit of entertainment, a Smart TV comes with cable channels, and guests can also appreciate conveniences, such as 2 bathrooms and a dining area.

I really liked the area, me and my friends had a great time. It was a very easy stay. It just got complicated with parking when there are so many people staying there sometimes parking would be lost if we go out and come back and there are no spots.

The property was lovely and well equipped for a thanksgiving weekend. I found the floors were gritty with dirt and there was a layer of dust on surfaces. On the last day I felt pushed out as I received multiple messages about my 11 am check out and found the cleaning crew had left their supplies outside the townhouse around 10am.
