Nice start but terrible towards the end

Decided to enjoy an eid holiday at this property. Was amazed by the cleanliness and the rooms. But that was about it. Received a call from a RUDE receptionist about our noise level asked me to "STOP IT" did not even addressed me properly or kindly request to lower it down. Told me that i have a pilot next door that couldnt rest. I dont give a ... what his occupation is. If he needs quiet time i respect that. But receptionist treated me as if i was a nuisance in their property. And then during checkout the bill was a mess. They got the charges all mixed up. Will never stay again.

Tutto ok se...

Hotel in ottima posizione, a 3 minuti a piedi dalla spiaggia dell'hotel. Piscina all'ultimo piano carina. Reception molto cortesi e camere attrezzate con tutto il necessario. Unico dubbio, ho richiesto diverse volte dall'Italia di avere una stanza non rumorosa e invece mi è stata assegnata una fronte strada principale. La prima notte non ho dormito dal rumore dei motori delle macchine e clacson. Il giorno dopo, dopo una lamentela, mi hanno assegnato la 202, che dava verso l'interno ed era molto comoda, silenziosa e con due bagni (uno di servizio). Se capitate fronte strada principale, purtroppo il rumore è notevole. Per il resto è perfetto.

Fantastic location and fantastic hotel to enjoy The Palm lifestyle. As long as you dont want to go anywhere on Thur, Fri and Sat night, it's good, as the area is VERY busy. So busy that they block the access road and road into hotel on Fri and Sat night. After taking over an hour to get to hotel access road, was told by police to "park down the road fora. few hours". At 2am, i had to walk 1 km from carpark to hotel and pay $100 the enxt day to get it out.
