Comfortable room, very friendly staff nothing too much trouble. Parking easy and spacious and beach and pool very nice with towels available at both, great location for walking along west beach and to the nakheel mall, plenty of choice for shops and restaurants nearby

Highly recommend

I was really impressed with this hotel, even more so considering the price paid vs other hotels in this area. Staff were superb and did all they could to help us. We couldn’t get checked in esrly but that isn’t the hotels fault at all. We went to the beach, they held our cases and we got a freshen up in the lovely reception restrooms. Hotel is extremely clean, new and modern. Great for our short stay on West Beach.

Very cosy and pleasant apartment. We was also allowed a late check out since we arrived at 5am in the morning. And Villa we booked for the festive duration was at 3pm check in.

Really good hotel. We enjoyed our stay. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. If i have to write any kind of "criticism" then it would be the limited number of sun chairs on the beach and the disapponting bowl in the hotel restaurant.

Modern, New, Apartment Hotel on West Beach

Brand new apartment hotels, in one of the hottest areas of Palm Jumeriah, West Beach. Everything you need is in walking distance with some fantastic bars and restaurants on the door step. Hotel staff are great. New apartments, fully loaded and super modern. Area’s for improvement are house keeping to be more regular but I understand that occupancy was high. Would stay again for sure.

The room was a good size and had everything you needed for an aparthotel and the property is in a great location. Didn't like the rooftop pool. I like the beach so for myself travelling alone was great however, when travelling with my family will need to book an alternate as the boys love a pool.

Very noisy next to several building sites - rooms small with no stairs be for clothes etc. Beach a short walk away but loungers hard and no towels available when we arrived at the beach. Cafe nice but staff a bit stern. Hard to get a taxi from this hotel. Rooms generally not cleaned until evening time.
