we enjoyed that the property was close to airport and downtown charlotte. easily accessible to grocery and restaurants. communication was great. Only complaint we had was the cleanliness of the pool, a lot of debris at the bottom of pool along with bugs and the pool chairs weren't clean. Other than that we were happy and would use this property again.

Kasa was beyond what we expected. It was very clean. 5-6 mins drive to restaurants and bars. 20-25 mins walk, which we did. Safe. Instructions to get in to Kasa was easy. We will definitely be back again!

This place felt like a second home. We absolutely loved and enjoyed our stay here! Highly recommend Kasa to anyone looking for a quick stay or vacation. Downtown Charlotte is only a 5 minute drive and you can even see it from Kasa! Will be staying here again in the future!

Perfect location and not far from all the city has to offer. The residence is very spacious and I would choose again over any hotel stay option. The staff were so accommodating and even fulfilled a small request for Valentine’s Day. Definitely will be booking again.

It was very clean, spacious, & close to the things we wanted to do. Lots of places to eat nearby. The pool was amazing, great fitness area, and lots of places for everyone to hang out in the common areas. Will definitely stay here again if back in Charlotte.

This was a great space to stay. I would definitely come back and stay again. It was accessible to downtown, very big and had a full kitchen/bedroom/etc. I would stay here for long stays in Charlotte.
