Location and property were perfect. The condo was good but not great, though. The tvs had issues with the remotes, the furniture was extremely uncomfortable, the bed pillows were extremely small, and the unit had a washer/dryer combo that barely dried the clothes. I literally had to run the dry cycle 4 times to get the clothes to the point I could hang them outside to finish drying. All in all, it was way better than a regular hotel but some upgrades are definitely needed.

The property is quite nice and overall provides a comfortable stay. The only issue we noticed was a squeaking sound from the standing shower in the master bedroom. Aside from that, everything else was great and we had a pleasant experience.

This was my first stay at a Sonder. Me and my two sons absolutely loved it. It provided a great home base as I attended a conference and my young adult sons visited theme parks. Arrival was easy; the condo was clean, comfy, and well appointed. The pool and pool bar are a high point. I would definitely stay here again if coming to Orlando again. Thanks for a great experience!

Check in time was 4pm we had planned ahead gone to grocery so we could be ready to go at 4. They had just started cleaning our room had to wait almost a hour before we got in, had cold and frozen food, had to throw away ice cream because it was melted. There was still food left from people before above fridge, bathroom garbage not changed, floor dirty so had to sweep it myself

Everything we hoped for.

Prime spot for all the things we wanted to do. It felt like a home away from home. We would definitely return. Conveniently located close to a grocery store so we didn't have to eat out every meal and could make some home cooked meals.

Good building, grounds, parking, and communication from the property. Good shower, bed, and bedsheets. Living room furniture and flooring looked worn. Kitchen has everything. Some utensils were bent and worn. Has washer & dryer in unit. Balcony has a very nice garden view, but with roar of traffic from a nearby highway. Big, nice pool area with loud pop music playing through speakers Convenient- 10 minutes drive to convention center, Whole Foods and Trader Joe’s. Walking distance to Publix.
