Small room but clean

Location is near to train station, room is clean but small, ceiling is lower, shower room is small too. A bit issue for check in process using tablet, Internet is slow, only 1 tablet to use even 3 tablets are proveded.

Ok hotel, horrible check-in

The hotel in itself is ok but the check in process was terrible. We received no info in advance and had to videochat on a tablet in the lobby for a good while before we got the right information. This could have been done smoother. Every time we were in the lobby a new group stood there with the same problem.

We had a great experience; our room was very comfortable, spacious, and clean while still being affordable. Excellent location close to shops/food and trains and easy self check-in as well. I booked the large concept room for my family of 4 and we were very impressed at how large the apartment was! We had lots of room that fit the 4 of us comfortably. The bath and shower were spacious. The dining counter was nice and big. There is a microwave, fridge and countertop stove. This is an apartment hotel building so no front desk. Check in and check out via tablet was easy. Laundry room on the 1st floor. Read the provided instruction booklet regarding towels and garbage sorting. Everything was very clear about house rules. Overall, we had a wonderful stay here and would come back again! Thank you!

It's in a fantastic location (15-20min walk to Shinsaibashi), and quite clean. The room was very tight which was a bit of an adjustment with a family of four from a western country.

The hotel stay is quite a distance away from the nearest train station. Since the hotel is unmanned, self check in will take some time as I was with a big group. Plus side is the customer support via video call is efficient. Hotel size is comfortable and the place is clean. Worth the value.

Great option for groups

Very new and comfortable accommodation, in a convenient location (8 mins walk to metro, short ride to Namba/Dotonbori areas). Quiet residential area, with convenience stores and F&B within short walking distance. We got a room that could sleep 6 (only 4 of us), so it was spacious. Coin-operated laundry (4 machines, but one was under maintenance); trying to catch availability can be a challenge.

The check in process was too much, we arrived early, was not able to start the check in process until the time of check in at 3, it took over 30 minutes to check in after traveling all day to get to this location, walking in the rain and all of us being soaked and waiting so long to get out of our wet clothes. There needs to be a better way to check in. Did not expect that we would not be able to get fresh towels when requested, it was a surprise when I was told we needed to be the one to wash our own towels. Other than this, overall stay was good.

This hotel is get what you pay for type of hotel. It is a minimalist hotel for a stay where you don't require anything really but a bed! Kitchenette was helpful, but limited supplies (not even a mug for coffee). It was booked based on the fact that I could fit 5 twin beds in one room for a family of 5! Location wasn't horrible but not the greatest either. It was a 15 minute walk to Dontonburi the busy eating area which was great! It was a hotel for us to go to USJ, Kobe and Kyoto as well so it served it's purpose.

The property has no change of fresh towels for a 5 days stay, no dryer, no ice machine, no vending machine and no smoking room inside the building. Pillows are so unconfortable and small. I would.not.recommand this so called hotel to anyone as it is not a hotel at all. Only thing is good that there r lots of restaurants, convenience stores within a few mins walk. 5-15 mins walk from a train station depending on the line and number of transfers you want. Check-in is done via some tablets. They were quite buggy and slow. Took 30 mins to check-in. Garbage collection is on the first floor and doesn't seem to be often emptied. We walked in often to overflowed garbage cans. Unit itself if clean enough. There is a small kithen and microwave. Sink was a bit clogged.

Like many have said, the self check-in process is tedious but doable. I would also like to add that since it is self check-in, there is literally no one there to help you and therefore no service like holding your luggage or checking in early. You can, however, just leave your luggage in the lobby if you have enough trust in society and humanity (which I did--leave my luggage part, not necessarily the trust part-- knowing there is nothing valuable in my luggage). The rooms were fine: clean and comfortable. They provide you with enough supplies of loofa, toilet paper, etc to last you for your stay since there is no daily cleaning service. I mean, it's fair for the price to be honest.

Concept room is huge. A welcome change from the smaller rooms we have had in Japan. We were on the 15th floor, so we had amazing views of Osaka. The bed was comfortable and plenty of room to hang out. My only knock against the property was the cleanliness. The room was dirty when we got there, linens were all clean. It looked like a rush clean job to get it ready. We reached out to property mgmt and they got back to us very quick and said they would clean it again on our timetable. Ultimately, the problem was a weak vacuum. The room got cleaned, new linens and all. But the floor was still very dirty. It was a good attempt and they were very responsive and accommodating but they need a new vacuum.
