Another great stay on the Coast

Enjoyable stay at this Apartment. Basic apartment but we were more than happy with the amenities. Fully contained so had the option to eat in or out and also do washing. Front desk staff very friendly and very helpful with tips on where to shop etc. Local area easily walkable - no need for a rental car even with kids. Tram stop (Northcliffe) at the end of the street. Beach a short five minute walk if that. Supermarket right next to Cavill Tram stop so very easy to shop on foot. Only thing we found was the bed in master bedroom was a little hard for our liking, but then others will no doubt like it. A great stay and would happily stay here again.

Great Hosts, Apartments and Location!

I've stayed here twice now while in the GC and enjoy the genuine warm welcome and friendly vibrations from the hosts on arrival. The apartments are clean and comfortable with amazing views. The location is perfect as you are 2 tram stops from Surfers and 2 tram stops in the other direction to Broadbeach and Pacific Fair. You are left to enjoy your stay with no fuss.

Well located, poor wifi, dated rooms

Location was good near the beach and tram stop, 15 min walk into Surfers. Wifi was terrible - only one login per day (max 1 hour) is free per day, slow speed and poor reception - couldn't get on in the mornings, and it kept dropping out. Rooms aren't serviced - stayed a week but had no clean towels or bins emptied. Had a washing machine, but no detergent provided. Decor was old and dated - needs a renovation.

Good apartment accomodation

The apartment block is right next an excellent clean beach,near to shops etc.Only comment is you can buy an Internet package via the hotel reception under the name of iROOMS it is useless as most of the time you cannot get logged on.Not the hotels fault it is the internet provider.

Lovely views, easy reach of cavill street

Despite arrival after 5pm, really easy to park car in secure car park & get keys to apartment. Walking distance to Cavill street with shops & restaurants. Opposite the beach.

The property was in very poor condition compared to the photos on Expedia, dirty marks on walls, blood on curtains, broken lamps, very rundown throughout and couch leather all peeling.

A lovely apartment but in desperate need of a deep clean. As an asthmatic I struggled with unnecessary furnishings and decor which were covered in a lot of dust and needed me to take the time to clean in order for me to stay in this apartment. The dishwasher was leaking from underneath and kitchen cupboards and drawers were marked, greasy and dirty. The windows were very overdue for a clean. The 2 over-heighted steps into the shower over the bath were a bit tricky and unsafe.
