Great place to stay

We came up for the Renaissance Festival from Sierra Vista. We were all so tired from spending close to 5 hours there, we just wanted to rest. Not having to worry about a traditional hotel check in was nice and room was perfect for us.

Property was generally run down. The outside look very sketchy and was right next to a number of very busy roads. When we entered the property there was a funky smell.

Perfectly fine! I stayed for 6 days. This is not a hotel. Staff works during normal business hours, after hours use the answering service. Bring cleaning supplies, bathroom matt, laundry detergent, groceries, and a pot. I wish they would purchase 2 to 3 new luggage carts. I’m sure I will stay here again.

The floors were dirty upon our arrival and we killed several cockroaches during our 5 day stay! Very noisy and lots of sketchy people hanging around the complex and outside our window at the bus stop.

Wish I could give negative stars!!

We have stayed all over the world and this is the absolute noisiest place ever. It sounds like you are in a cardboard box on the shoulder of a freeway on-ramp. At 2:30am there was thunderous pounding on the door by security demanding to be let in to check the “fire alarm”. The guy just kept banging on the door but didnt identify himself until I yelled “who is it?” There was no alarm going off and all he did was shine his flashlight in each of our faces then left. To say it was scary would be an understatement. Good thing it wasn’t just my wife and daughter traveling. The door to the suite seemed to have been pried open previously, the bathroom door didn’t latch properly and the motion sensor controlled light in the windowless bathroom wouldn’t stay on for more than 5 minutes so it would go pitch black while you were in the shower. We left after one night and ended up forfeiting the money for the rest of the stay.
