Beautiful Hami Gardens

This is a gem - beautiful boutique style hotel . One of the best value for money hotels I’ve stayed in Vietnam… and I have stayed in a lot . Beautiful gardens and neat pool. Loved it !

Probably the best hotel in Buon Ma Thuot, great facilities and very nice. Food tasty. Staff friendly but english level needs to improve, very difficult to communicate.

Even though we kept our food sealed and away or unopened, there were ants, and even saw a worm in our room. They were quick to come to our room to spray the ants, which was appreciated. When we were checking out, we did so with the front desk, and they didn't ask us for any further payment or anything, so we thought that was all settled. A couple days later, our uncle texted us saying that they said we never paid and that he had to pay for all of us. It was a really confusing experience. There were also no pool towels provided and the floats were a bit dirty and deflating. The bidet leaked even when it was not used. I'd say the photos look better than they do in-person. But still a pretty property.
