Too many issues to want to go back again

Checked in at 4pm checked out at 10pm. Room was clean and tidy but had slats missing from the blinds therefore no privacy. Fold down bed was noisy so thought we’d sleep on the sofa bed but had no bedding that fitted. Air conditioner was so loud that you couldn’t hear TV let alone sleep. Left early because didn’t matter where we tried inside the room or outside just couldn’t connect to the Wi-Fi so by 10 had had enough.

We spent a week at Symphony Beach Club and have no complaints. The Club is an aging building located right on the beach. Our room was clean and comfortable. The main bed is a Murphy bed with a comfortable mattress. The pictures accurately portray the room, just keep in mind that one wall is all mirrors. It is handy to many eateries and grocery stores. We would stay in the same room again. Ideal location for long walks on the beach. very handy to have a mini kitchen.

We love the location right on the beach, gas and charcoal grills available to use, rooms are very nice, clean, easy check in and out, great communication. A lot to do in the area, restaurants Dante and Aaron are great!

Upon arrival we thought the condo was cute -compact. It’s a bit run down and dated but it worked for us for a few nights. The blinds were broken so we didn’t have privacy at night and it seems it been some time since under the couch had been cleaned. Location was nice.

One Night Stay

The property is an old small studio. Both bed and sofa were not comfortable. The coffee machine cord was too short to reach the outlet. Wi-fi was not working. I felt very disappointed. When I booked my stay, I see rating was 8+. This property is way below my exaptation of 8+ rating. May be 7.2 is right for the overall rating.

Place isn't a hilton but im here to tell you i i Use to stay at the hilton in daytona and this place inside is twice a nice and comfortable. Just don't think your are booking my room because i already booked for next year lol

Nice, cute place to stay. A couple of housekeeping issues were passed off to the owner, or manager. Beautiful beach mere steps away. We stayed 3 nights, but met other tenants staying 6 weeks and they were very happy. Our feelings, a great place to stay for a couple days. If longer, we would have looked for a larger unit, but this place cant be beat for location!!!

I rented a studio at Symphony Beach Club for just one night, but I can recommend this place. The building is right on the ocean, the fresh breeze is wonderful. The room was clean, quiet and cozy. The price for the stay was acceptable. When I visit Daytona Beach again, I will definitely book a room at this place. Greetings to the owner! Agata

Look somewhere else

Arrived at night. Reception is unmanned. Note on door that said keybox code should've been mailed out night before, and a phone number to call if there were any problems. Mail not received. Owner didnt answer phone. Had to sleep in my car through the first night. Next morning, owner still not picking up phone. Had to contact Hotels.com, who managed to get the situation sorted, and obtain the key code. Stayed for several nights, and made more attempts to contact owner. Never returned my calls, never answered my messages through hotels.com. Beds are just a sleeping couch. Not comfortable at all. Wifi is poor, lot of noise between rooms. Can not recommend this to anyone. Absolutely a terrible experience. Stay away!

Beachfront on a budget!

Be very mindful to look at the pictures of what you book. "Just Beachy" does Not have a living room/couch as depicted on this site. We felt the place, while tidy, was in need of some TLC. Kitchen inventory (glasses)and the over all condition of walls and some furniture. We are regular visitors to Ormond Beach and felt it was well located with easy access to restaurants and amenities as well as the cute little historic area. There is plenty of off street parking and the beach in front is lovely and dog friendly. You may want to consider asking before renting how the construction is going on both sides of the property as of Feb2025. We would recommend this place if on a budget.

Loved that the unit had a mini kitchen. It made for a comfortable week. The unit sits on the beach with beach access for both walking and driving a vehicle. Beautiful view. The unit was quiet and handy to everything

I thought my reservation was an ocean view. Ended up a partial view. Also, the murphy bed had a sunk-in area in the middle making it difficult to get out off each morning. It would been nice of a clock was in the room and not have to rely on my cell phone for the current time. No vending machines. No place to put your suit case when opened. Loved the shower head !!
