Nice apartment, good facilities and good location.

Nice clean apartment hotel in a good location for exploring the city of Adelaide. The apartment was spacious and had all the facilities I needed. Right next to a tram stop which is a handy bonus.

Great place to stay in Adelaide

We spent 4 nights here recently. We were really happy with our studio apartment which was modern, very clean and with all the amenities. The bed was very comfortable, with crisp linens. The free wi-fi was very good. But the best part was the staff, A sincere thank you to Josh the manager and all the reception staff who went out of their way to make us feel very welcome and gave us a lot of helpful advice. The apartments are in a very convenient location with a tram stop directly opposite. There are many restaurants within walking distance. I would recommend the Kings Head pub up the road for its great food and friendly staff. If you want a simple, modern and value for money place to stay, stay here. Make sure you stay at the Quest at 379 King William as there is another one on the same street that is very run down.

Whilst our room was nice with a lovely view in the evening. I was dissapointed to have found a dirty cup in the cupboard, the shower was not hot in the morning....just warm and the room smelt like someone had previously smoked in there and as an asthmatic, i found my breathing wasnt the best in the room. The staff were very friendly on arriving. The location was excellent.

Was not happy that room servicing was not available for the three days of public holidays. however when I did ask for the room to be serviced the staff obliged. Pillows were not comfortable - not soft enough Basketballers in room above bouncing balls on floor and noise penetrating our room -again staff did eventually attend the room and stopped them
