Overall god but…

Building itself is really nice but we had some serious issues with garage lot. The main problem was acces via phone and it support only us numbers so we were unable to get in/out at all.

Central location with grocery store nearby enabling us to have lazy breakfasts in our room. Loved the facilities and toiletries provided. Have stayed here twice now for short breaks when attending events at the nearby Bridgestone Arena. Would definitely consider staying here again e.g. if attending CMA Fest. One downside that has caused me to take off 1 star is how uncomfortable the bed was. I do have a back problem and like a firm mattress anyway but the one we had was ridiculously unsupportive and seemed to sag in the middle causing my husband and I to roll towards each other. He does prefer a softer mattress than me but even he found this a problem. I ended up having to wedge an extra pillow under my lower back & hip for support just to get a half decent night’s sleep.

Our stay

Great place to stay. Very noisy outside being so central. Woo girls, party buses and sirens almost none stop and unfortunately our room was on top but trash units so lots of banging very early on a morning when being emptied which was a little frustrating being woken up. Need to be ok with constant smell of food if wanting to use balcony, surrounding restaurants extractors definitely created super strong smell in the air to the point where unfortunately we didn’t use the balcony, I think this could be avoided with higher level though, we were level 9. Pool and gym facilities are brilliant and check in was super simple and efficient. Location for 10/10 for Broadway. Clean and comfy with plenty of storage. Felt extremely safe and secure with building entry etc.

Had a lovely stay here. Small apartment with separate bedroom and all the facilities that we needed. Really friendly and helpful staff. They have a pool and a gym if you like that sort of thing. It's only 2 blocks from Broadway but very quiet at night. Off License and Convenience Store close by on 3rd. 3rd Avenue feels safer than 2nd if you're returning late at night

Awesome location for exploring Downtown Nashville and all it has to offer. All the team were superb and helpful in every interaction we had. Check in and all the experiences ran smoothly, clean and tidy with some great amenities. Was a bit noisy on Saturday night but your down town in a city so get some life going on outside your window! Overall a brilliant experience and wouldn’t hesitate to book again.

Ideally situated in Nashville. Walking distance from all downtown attractions. Spacious and well appointed accommodation. As a solo traveler it was a great place to relax while in Nashville.

Excellent Apartment and Location

This was a 4 night stay for us - 2 adults and 2 children (ages 16 and 12) and the apartment was excellent. It was clean and had enough space for us for the time we were in Nashville. Location was brilliant - very close to the bars and restaurants and about a 10 minute walk to the Nissan stadium for a concert on the Saturday night! Pool on the 10th floor was lovely to chill out around for a few hours and staff were all very nice. Gym looked great too but didn’t actually use it! There is a car park attached but just be aware that it’s $40 a night and isn’t owned by the hotel so you have to register with the car park company etc which was slightly more of a pain with a UK mobile but was quickly sorted. All in all and excellent choice for the Nashville part of our holiday and we’d happily stay again!
