Checking in was easy. There was limited parking on the property which made it difficult at times when the restaurant was busy. Also, my only suggestion would be to upgrade the windows as it is next to a busy highway and the restaurant has a lot of foot traffic. I did not mind the noise but I feel better windows would help eliminate the noise to those who would complain. All in all, great property and the room was clean and served it's purpose. Very nice area as well.

Property is historic and beautiful. We love the courtyard and the restaurant is quaint. There were plumbing issues while we were there. The tv did not work. The bathroom door didn’t lock. We had difficulty contacting for assistance and gave up because it was only one night.

Wedding weekend stay

After reading some reviews on line, we were pleasantly surprised with the entire property. Our room was very nice, we didn't expect how updated everything was. The kitchen area was great, the bathroom was great and the bed, although a little hard was fine. The surprise was just outside the back door. It opened to the beautiful courtyard of the restaurant/ bar . It was amazing...... We had a great meal with drinks and the atmosphere was great. The music did not bother us at all when it was time for bed. Our granddaughter got married at the venue next door, so our location allowed us to walk to and from there. Also, the parking was great, we parked just outside our room. I would highly recommend this hotel.

This is NOT a hotel. It's a rental apartment, and the owner requires you to submit a video of you moving your head for "verification" before they agree to grant you access.

Très agréable séjour dans un cadre verdoyant. Appartement bien conçu avec le nécessaire. Un peu compliqué pour l’arrivée, car pas de réception, tout se fait à l’avance et si vous ne regardez pas vos mails avant votre arrivée, vous êtes comme nous à essayer d’entrer en contact avec quelqu’un pour avoir le code d’entrée et c’est le bazar

Unmanned front desk a little odd and as this was a last minute booking it took some time to get access sorted out, even after completing all online id checjs etc, still had to call them to get access approved. Noisy, with what is a beautiful fairy light lit courtyard bar playing music until midnight on a week night right outside the room, but very good other than that, for location, cleanleness, and price.

Gas detector went off in my room, firefighters came to check out the property for the unsafe condition. Result was from a faulty gas detector. They did refund me the 3 nights I didn't stay.

HUGE room Downtown overlooking courtyard!

First time staying here and won’t be my last. Perfect location right downtown by the Dr Philip’s Center. The room was huge. Seems to be an apartment converted into a hotel room. Furniture wasn’t fancy but it looks nice and does its job. The kitchenette was great to have for snacks and drinks. It also has glasses, plates, silverware, minifridge & a microwave. Free off street parking. Beautiful courtyard to grab a drink or a bite. Only thing I had to get used to was using my phone as the key for the room. Would definitely recommend. Looking forward to staying there again.
