We were at 15th floor but still traffic noise was quite heavy. One curtain was missing from the bedroom, so it was impossible to get it dark. Very big and well equipped!

The property is in a great area so is really well positioned. The room was a good size but a little tired in some areas. The lifts were a bit of a nightmare as there were only two working and they took absolutely ages to come, tried to use the stairs but got stuck in stairwell so had to just wait… a lot! The pool was quite small but was ok for a quick dip. Overall a good sized room, nice view and good location.

The wrap is great the only downside I stayed 5 nights and no one came to clean. When I asked they said it was not part of the price!! I travel a lot and have never heard anything like it. *Tip there is a great coffee shop just down the road Mr Summit do fab coffee and gorg toasties

Well located, good sized rooms and very helpful staff. Just disappointed that a 7night booking was reduced to 3nights due to need to get back to UK before flight restrictions imposed due to coronavirus. Next time I will avoid paying up front!

Perfect family apartment for visiting Melbourne

Oaks Wrap was a great apartment, fully equipped kitchen, great value for money, spacious, great big windows to take in the sunset and also had a balcony. Downstairs is a lovely little restaurant, breakfast was decent and the location is perfect, 5 minutes walk from the river Yarra and the CBD. 100% would recommend and would stay here again.

Great Apartment in a Great Location...

This was tyhe first time the family had stayed in a apart-hotel and we were blown away by the lavish quality of the Oaks Wrap hotel. The room was spacious, clean and had a huge amount of light coming in from the massive windows on the 29th floor. The facilities were great with dishwasher, washing machine and dryer along with the cooking facilities allowed us to have a family dinner when required. Location was in the heart of the city and a short walk from the inner tram lines and river. 30 minute walk from Albert Park, 50 minutes from St Kilda... Staff were very helpful and maintenance very efficient. The gym was well equipped and used every day. The pool is convenient and nice to have the option of a sauna. All in all and great place to base yourself when exploring Melbourne and Oaks have set a great standard for the reasonable price...

What a Gem

These self contained apartments are ideal if you are wanting home-from-home comforts with excellent kitchen facilities. The rooms are very well laid out and space efficient. Reception and house keeping were very efficient and helpful Location was perfect for us to explore the city and surrounding area inc St kilda, Botanical Gardens and the long walk to Brighton Beach Would definitely recommend Oaks Wrap and will return if we are lucky enough to revisit Melbourne

Great location

The location of the hotel is brilliant and close to the river with all the restaurants and bars. The service at the hotel Dropped off in a couple of areas. They forgot to tell us that we needed a special fob to access the car park floors resulting in u S being stuck in the lift . Also the taxi to the airport had been ordered an hour too late- fortunately the r exception it’s managed to find an available taxi for us
