The following is after receiving a call from Southern Vacation Rental, who said I could park my vehicle where it was:
Guest Services:
Good Evening, HOA has called and stated that your vehicle is still blocking another unit. So, we recommend using the overflow parking as there should be a parking pass in the unit for them to use in overflow spots to prevent your vehicle from being towed and getting any additional charges. Please let us know if you have any other questions once the vehicle has been relocated so we can inform our team. - Guest Services
Me:
That person told me he's the property manager. I'm the only black family here and I'm being targeted by this guy who physically approached me to tell me what I HAVE to do. I explained to this random guy that I already talked to the rental company who said it was ok to block the spot that's assigned to me! I called after the rental company after he came to chastise the black woman. The rental company said this guy did not sound like a property manager. I also could tell he was not a professional. After he watched to ensure our vehicle left the property, he walked into a unit with a case of beer. Are my family and I safe with this HOA/Property Manager here? I'm sure he is drunk and owns firearms and weapons.
I was forced to park offsite and uber back to the property. As a result, my vehicle was towed and I incurred a retrieval fee $$$
I have more details but it won't fit here.

I didn’t like the fact that me and my family couldn’t check in good before they started reporting how many people arrived and how many cars was parked. They watched our every moves. We couldn’t open our curtains without them staring over at us. The water doesn’t get very hot, we couldn’t use one of the bathrooms. Will never spend that kind of money staying at a place like that!!!!!!
