Great location literally easy to get around and taxis super cheap from the apartment area, we used their local uber company called Bolt! Reception was helpful and check in was quick and fast Anything we needed we got help with quickly! Apartment was also super clean and cute!

We stayed for 3 nights in Budapest and picked this place based on reviews. When we arrived, the staff member could not have been more polite, she was genuinely lovely, friendly and spoke incredible English. We paid for our return transfer (had to be at the airport for 4am!) and we were then taken to our apartment which was lovely. Really clean and spacious, an absolute bargain for what we paid. The location is on a street with a few restaurants/bars and it's right next to a shopping centre with high street brands and a supermarket. This was open really late to walk through and made for a good shortcut. On the second day, as the weather wasn't great, we opted for the 48h hop on hop off sightseeing bus which included a boat tour. We bought the tickets for this at the hotel reception which was really easy. The stop for this was just through the shopping centre and round the corner and allowed us to see a lot of the further out places with ease. I would highly recommend this hotel and I would stay again if I were to visit in the future.

Property was exactly how it looked like in photo, it was very clean and spacious and the people at reception were very helpful, would 100% stay here again. Property is located in the centre right next to a shopping centre and an aldi, loads of little restaurants around and only a 10 minute walk to the metro.

The property was as shown in the photos, was in a great location for shops, restaurants, metro and trams and only a 10/15 minute walk to the city and river. The reception staff were very friendly and very helpful.

Very good location and apartment layout. Good balcony overlooking trees and quiet courtyard in a convenient and safe area next to good amenities. Limited items in kitchen cupboards for drink and food preparation. Two balcony chairs for 3 guests is obviously not enough. Checkin is pleasant but advertised as available 10am to 1am. Actually absent at times. Waited 30 minutes outside the empty office to check out. Emergency phone number to contact staff does not work even with help from a local. Safe broken and reported on arrival but not repaired. Ran out of toilet paper twice and cleaner didn't replace.

Lovely apartment, really big and in a great location, everything you need on doorstep, Lidl’s just up road too. Staff very helpful and friendly and couldn’t do enough to help us. Highly recommended.

Great location. However property was let down by lack of items. I paid for a service apartment for 6 people. No kettle, 2 towels, 4 pillows no sheets for sofa bed, 3 mugs, no pans. How can you call it a serviced apartment when you do have all the amenities in there. When asked reception for extra items a very lame we don’t have a kettle response. After explaining 3 times we needed a kettle one arrived. Would not recommend.

Cleaning wasn’t great. Soap available to wash the dishes was like water. Soap available in the toilet makes our skin completely dry. Common areas of the building were very dirty. The apartment itself is very nice. The streets around at night are very dark. Walking to any transport around 10min. I’m not sure that would stay here again.
