Our stay was great here! The apartment was beautiful and so clean. I wish we were able to use the washer and dryer but everything else was great. Pietro Santo contacted us through text to confirm what time we were arriving and when we got there they helped us carry our luggage upstairs. We only stayed 1 day but I wish we would’ve stayed for more. We would come back here .

Todo estuvo muy bien; unos detalles mínimos que podrían mejorar serían: - Poner calentador de paso para la regadera porque sacaba agua congelada o hirviendo - Que los botes de basura para el papel sanitario estén sellados, ya que los botes de cesta tejida dejan escapar olores. De ahí en fuera, todo estuvo excelente y estoy muy contento con mi estancia. Definitivamente regresaré.

La habitación tiene lo necesario para una estancia cómoda y confortable. La colchón da un buen soporte y es cómodo, el baño es amplio. Además cuenta con un closet amplio. Las personas que atienden son amables.

Excelente Hotel buena ubicación , limpio , cómodo. El personal muy atento y servicial. Volveríamos a llegar ahí. Únicamente las almohadas no son cómodas y el ruido entre suites se escucha sin embargo si hay reglas de ruido y se respetan no hay problema

El personal de recepción es super atento y amable desde el primer momento, facilitando mucho la experiencia como huéspedes y resolviendo rápidamente todas nuestras dudas. Nos hospedamos en el Loft Carbonelli y nos encantó, es muy bonito y acogedor, con su cocina bien equipada en caso de que hayas olvidado algo. Solo tengo 2 observaciones para el loft, la primera en cuanto a limpieza hubo un par de detalles, los trastes olían un poco extraño al igual que la esponja para lavarlos y la alfombra tenía una mancha como de salsa, y bueno la segunda es más sugerencia que observación, que estaría padre que contaran con una tele, al menos chiquita para poder disfrutar en algún momentillo. Con eso dicho, nos encantó y en definitiva esperamos regresar pronto.
