Beautiful property but for a luxury property I would have expected better amenities. No blow dryer in either bathroom ( you had to request). No amenities in the kitchen, not even salt. Resturant food was excellent but very limited. It is suppose to be a combination of hotel and apartment but falls a bit short

Our stay here was excellent. We had a 3-bedroom with private pool. Bedrooms were large and each had a private bathroom. The pool was perfect! Property is quiet and directly on the beach. Already planning our next stay here.

Staff were great here. Room very nice. BUT 7 days a week starting at 7:30 am going till after 5 was a large construction site right next door. There was absolutely no peace and quiet from the incessant construction noise which I am sure will be going for another year. One other thing …water in front of this resort is extremely wavy and not good for anyone unless they are a strong swimmer.

I liked this property and I’ve stayed here a couple of times. They seem to have been a little short staffed and they skimp on the extra supplies like coffee shampoo. The restaurant was not open or serving. Be aware that they use a different exchange rate.

Very large rooms. Some broken appliances. Pretty low key. It’s more of an apartment than a hotel. Not enough beach chairs or umbrellas for all of the guest. Pool is cold. Construction next door can be a bit much. Nice staff.

Stayed in 2 bedroom penthouse for 8 days which was gorgeous from top to bottom, from the modern decor to spacious living arrangement, everything on that end was top notch. The ocean view wasn’t quite a full but you can see enough of it to satisfy that requirement. Con: Shower water wasn’t warm enough and made a loud piercing noise after period of use. Jacuzzi tub had stain at the bottom of it and the water was lukewarm. Other than that, it was overall positive. Hotel staff including security were very friendly and accommodating. And easy access to the beach was a lovely amenity. Made staying there worthwhile.Would definitely stay again.

Even thought we had a bad experience of checking in (the room was not ready on time), overall stay was not bad. We appreciate the large room with nice view, cold air conditioner, full kitchen, very comfortable bed and 2 balconies with furniture. Staff were accommodating and friendly. Cons: pool was really cold, large waves at the ocean so there was pretty much no options to swim. Only one small restaurant with limited food choices on site, however food was good and there are several restaurants in walking distance, which made it better. No hair drier in the room which was a surprise. It was a very long travel distance for us so we probably won’t come back, but I would recommend this property to friends as an option. Thank you to staff members to take care of us, and being nice and helpful!

The property is nice and well located. We had a initial disappointment with the type of apartment we received, because as we made our reservation, we understood we rented a ground floor apartment, but that was not available for us. As we had no option, we stayed at a 2nd floor unit. Finally, the apartment was very, with a big balcony with a great view. We could not have hot water in the main room's bathroom. We reported the problem, maintenance personnel visited the apartment three times, but unfortunately, during our stay of two nights, this issue was never solved. Finally, me and my wife had our showers at our daughters room (second room).

This is our second time staying here. Both times there was construction going on next door however, it’s not too bad and Is expected to end soon, it’s negligible for how great the property is. After staying at other places around the area, this is by far our favorite and will continue to stay here every time we come back. All the staff is friendly and helpful. The property is very clean and kept up and feels very safe (security throughout the property). They will even help you launch and land your kite on the beach.

Very clean and staff is very nice and welcoming. We love how quiet and safe area was and the pool was nice to have seen beach waves are very strong. There was construction but was never issue for us as noise at this point of construction was minimal. Frankly we forgot construction was happening right next door. Areas with opportunities for improvement are the restaurant food and the portions were very small for the price. The location and views are beautiful in restaurant. Also, better communication between front desk and cleaning staff. We found cleaning staff in room before we even return the room keys when coming back from breakfast and well before check out time. They were very apologetic. All in all we definitely recommend and would come back!
