A perfect getaway for couples!

What a nice villa this is! My partner & i booked a 1 bedroom villa for 4 days 3 nights & it was beautiful! Clean living room & bedroom, nice furnished bathroom & my personal favourite....a private pool just for us! The staffs there are very friendly & helpful & they brought us breakfast every morning without disturbing our sleep. The only downside is that it's a bit far from the city but you can easily book a taxi from the reception. But if you're looking for a quiet place to relax with your love ones, this is the place for you. I will definitely come back here for my next trip. Thank you for making my stay a pleasant one!

Great Villa! Far away from town

If you are staying at this hotel make sure your flights land and you arrive here between 8am - 8pm as reception is only manned at these times meaning a wait to check in should you arrive outside of these hours. However they are polite and kind and very welcoming to guests. Housekeeping is second to none, they even washed our dirty dishes and folded our clothes when we left our place messy. Overall and excellent stay, clean villas, decorated and furnished to a high standard. Everything worked. Iron TV umbrella Negative point - this villa is very far away from the main beaches and attraction areas. Despite being priced at a good rate for rooms, being so far out meant we had to pay an awful lot for a taxi to get anywhere away from the village where the villas are located. We were often refused rides home from the town drivers as it was to far. This hotel should have more destinations for the shuttle bus not just three and also more times in the day for pickup as the 10-4pm hours were not enough to go out and return to collection points. Food was lovely, our breakfast was always fresh and delivered on time or early and beautifully presented. Tasty and satisfying. Pool clean and lovely.

An amazing space to enjoy two full weeks as my fiancée and I explored Phuket island. There are so many extras and for the few extras that you pay for, the cost on check out was so small, my fiancée had to double check to make sure as it was so cheap! It was a great space which meant that we weren't on top of each other the way we would have been in a traditional hotel room set up. My fiancée loved that you could personalise it to be how you wanted the space to be as there was a lot of space to use how you wanted it to. Also, the pool! I would recommend anyone to stay here.

Very nice hotel

location is v good if you drive. nearby with restaurant and supermarket with around 5min drive. the villa is very big with nice pool. hotel provide in villa massage too. very relaxing experience! will come again in next trip to Puket!

Relaxed Getaway!

It was overall great! We stayed at Unit Villa 60 - one or two bedrooms cosy villa. Note: The difference of Cosy and Elegant villa is just the interior decor. The layout and size of villa are the same. This villa is located at the back end of the property. Parking space to villa is very convenient. Would suggest them to install a few more lights at the parking area. Interior: would require updates in the kitchen appliances, sink & cooking ware. Living area has direct access to pool. However, It would be good to install handrail and another 1 or 2 lower steps from living to pool (There was no support to hold when you want to get into the water). Depth of pool: 1.5metres. Note: Young children needs supervision Master Bedroom: Bedding a little too soft but was still sleepable. Soaking tub does not fill up. Exterior of Villa: Access to rooftop terrace was nice. Would prefer to have some seating area. Things to do: Boat Quay is about or less than 5mins drive. There is a Supermarket with International and local brand products. This area has many eateries - Cafes & Restaurants, diving shops, Hair and Massage Salons. Would recommend Namaste - had a very good full body massage at THB 650.00 for 01 hour.

Villas good for the price

Villas good for the price, location not so good if you don't drive. taxis around this area are expensive. Hotel service minimal. Had to carry our luggage on arrival and departure from our room. Overall stay was good but could have been better

Our villa was very nice. The customer service needs work. They tried to bill me for using the towel to remove my lipstick. I had to explain to them that it would come out In The wash before they dropped the charges. also I felt like a criminal as they had me wait 15 minutes for them to check my room for checkout before I left. If I was in a rush to get to my flight I would have been late as they did not tell me in advance I would need to wait. Also the only restaurant they had on property was very slow and always closed early. I will not choose them for my next visit

I arranged airport pick up through the property. When we got to the villa, security let us in. The property host spoke with me over the phone and told me about where to have breakfast. The property, itself, was big, clean, and very nice. WiFi worked great. Great place to book!

Great place to stay, relatively local to main centres - easy taxi, tuktuk or motorbike ride to wherever you need to be.
