Loved staying here - staff were very helpful and friendly. The property was clean, spacious and had amazing amenities. Located close to the bars, restaurants and night markets. A mini mart right round the corner. Enjoyed a lot.

Firstly lets address the fact that the rooms look absolutely nothing like the pictures at all. literally nothing like the pictures so beware. half the stuff in the gym works, dont go on the treadmills they jerk and stop mid run its dangerous but i was told its because i way more than 65kg??? the gym is also very dusty breakfast is always cold, cold rice, cold meat, cold egg, cold veg everything cold. Wifi could be better. swiming pool is the best part

Great place to say for business. Internet is a little slow but they do provide Hotspot" modems for your room so ensure you ask for these!

Confused check in

I checked into the somerset yesterday. Reception told me everything was paid up. I was then contacted and asked to pay? I was then contacted again and told there was cofusion and that i would get some money back after 45 days. What the hell is going on? This is supposed to be an international hotel / serviced apartment chain. For a number of reason's i will never use Somerset again and I will look to use an alternative to Expedia as this is the second time in 12 months I have had issues with my booking. A very poor customer experience.

라오스에서는 글로벌 스탠다드가 있는 월드체인호텔에 묵는 것이 좋다는 것을 절감했어요~ 그전에 부티크호텔을 이용한 적이 있는데 넘 불편하고 별로였어요~프론트 직원들 매우 친절하고 가방 맡기고 루왕프라방을 다녀오고 마지막 날도 밤비행기라 레이트체크아웃했는데 돈을 더 내기는 했지만 편했어요~

Very nice place I stay there often. Get an apt on 1st or 2nd floor because above that the hot water vacillates and showers become problematic.
