The property was very well maintained with a great pool area. Spacious unit. Unfortunatly the router needed to be reset twice a day..that was frustrating.
The Kierland area has an abundance of restaurants and shopping.
Great place to stay our family had a wonderful time. We would definitely go back several times a year. The only concern we noticed was that considering it’s a warm weather place with a beautiful pool there were no towels for the pool no plastic cups or anything to take a beverage to the pool. When you rent and warm weather places and it’s a condo it usually is more stocked with the basics. It was clean comfortable and a great place for our family to stay.
I would definitely choose this property again. Clean, modern furnishings, nicely decorated and ease of the entire transaction. Great location across from outdoor shopping and dining
Beautiful facility but overpriced. The amenities were carefully rationed. For a 3 night stay, we received only one coffee pod for the Nespresso machine. There was only 1/4 roll of toilet paper and we ran out on the last day. The main TV had 4 remotes and no instructions. There were 3 flights of stair and no elevator. Warning would have been nice. Thankfully this 80 year old was in good physical shape

Very nice butt ....
Unit 204, Building 1 was overall very nice. Clean, comfy nicely appointed. Bed was comfy, pool was beautiful. However the unit was a 2 bedroom, 2 bath and both bathrooms were equipped with toilets for HUGE people (never seen before in my life) I'm 175 lbs and 6 feet tall and felt like a small child on the toilets - opening was way too big for the average person. Also the shower in the main bath leak badly so their shower dripped profusely 24/7. Unit has a very nice kitchen but there were essentially no pans or utensil necessary to cook, so if you're planning on cooking in, think again.
We had a very nice stay at The Nines.
Pros- location is phenomenal for walking to restaurants and shops, also easy access to highway, pool and gym and outdoor fire pit area was very nice resort style, room was clean 2 bed 2 bath with full kitchen and in unit laundry and one covered parking spot.
Cons- Expedia listing said 65” TVs with cable channels, the TVs were 42” if that and there was no cable tv. You had to login with your own streaming accounts if you wanted to be able to watch. We also did not have hot water when we first arrived but a call to the mgmt company and maintenance came in a couple hours to light the pilot on the water heater.
All in all very nice place just know expedias listing may not be accurate.

The apartment that was shown in the photos were NOT the same as what we were given when we checked in. The photos were of a remodeled and updated unit - flooring, kitchen, and furniture, but the unit we were assigned to was very outdated with a kitchen from the 80's and carpeted. Worse, there were only 3 towels (gym class quality) for 2 of us for four days. We called to ask for some pool towels as there were none, and discovered that the phone # we were given to "call with problems" was not local. We asked for pool towels and were told there were none available.
The pool area at this property was beautiful and we enjoyed it but the unit itself was not as represented in the listing and there was no one local to reach out to for help.
The stay was great. I didnt realizemy unit was a 3rd story though so that was a bit of a haul to get my large bag up the stairs with no eleavtor. The room and everything was really nice looking but you could tell some shortcuts were taken with installs but for short term it's perfect. Check in was easy since there wasnt any. Just received a text with instructions to get the key out of the lock box which was easy.
The only dislikes were: The bathroom left some to be desired as it is nice and clean, theres not that great of lighting. Theres one ceiling light and the large mirror surrond light but still seems dim in the bathroom. The shower also had poor water pressure. Also the TV's in the living room and bedroom are tiny. Maybe a 32 or 40" tv with horrible sound quality so those could be upgraded.
I did have an issue with the internet randomly and when troubleshooting it said the cox account had been disabled. I contacted the Synergy support and it was resolved within 20 minutes so I was super happy about that.
Overall I enjoyed the stayed and would definitely stay again.
