Beautiful apartment in Athens

The penthouse apartment was beautiful. Lovely views from the rooftop. Quiet and convenient with a short subway ride to all destinations. Communication with the management was a little tricky, but eventually worked out.

Loved the apartment! The only issue I ran into was not having consistent warm/hot water running in the shower, therefore, I didn't enjoy my showers too much. The water ran warm/hot in the sink just fine, so it was just a bit odd that the shower wasn't the same.

Very spacious, modern and well decorated rooms with great amenities. Very clear communication from the team managing the property. Our group had four rooms booked in total, there was a small issue with one of the rooms (door locking issue) and it was rectified very promptly out of hours. Was No expecting rooms to be cleaned during a short stay in a self contained apartment but they were. The only tiny criticism was the air conditioning in that we couldn’t collectively get it to work in any room and the rooms were very warm even in off season cooler weather, a coule of room fans would do it

Nice room, I was expecting a hotel and these were just condos- my mistake for not researching more before I came. But for a condo apartment rental they were lovely. Very limited parking and extremely narrow streets in this area… felt safe, however when o went for a morning walk there was a lot of men just pacing around all the corners…. Seemed weird. One tried to ask me for money. Didn’t like the vibe from them, that’s my only complaint

I booked two ,two-room suites for our party of seven. It was the best decision we made while in Athens. The building was extremely safe, quiet and fully modern. Having our own washer and dryer in our apartments was so helpful for us having come from an island the week prior. Everything was so clean. Very modern and perfect working order. They changed all linen's every other day and communicated promptly. We couldn't have had a better experience

Great spotless property very modernly furnished. The only dissapointment was the Air condition in the 2 bedrooms was not adjustable. Temprature was fixed at 25 degrees which was too hot for sleeping. We had to keep the doors open for the cool air from the living area.

Better to contact Hestia directly

The place is very nice! But the communication with hotels.com is not easy. Hotels.com didn't give me any information about how to get into the apartment. I emailed hotels.com and there was no reply. I had to contact Hestia directly through WhatsApp by myself to get information. Hestia told me that they sent the information to Hotels.com, but apparently, hotels.com never communicated this information to me.

Hestia is the bestia! Super great concierge, cleanliness is amazing. This is our fourth trip to Athens for fertility treatments and we’ll never stay anyplace else. We love it here.

This property has good luxury design with a spacious balcony. There is no one sitting in the front desk, so everything has to be taken by ourselves. But overall it is a good place to stay in Athens

Good and can be improved

Place is quiet and cozy. Surrounded by restaurants and supermarkets. Just 2 things need to be improved: no slope in the entrance that people have to lite the luggage up to get in. Also staff provide with the wrong entrance code and I arrive but have to wait outside the door in the evening. Others are great.

Great new clean modern apartment

Absolutely loved this new clean modern apartment! Self check in, all done virtual. Staff were wonderful, walking distance to all kinds of restaurants. We will definitely stay here again. Did I mention the shower? Pressure was incredible!

Room was adequate for handicapped, however, if you are a couple the shower head should also be able to hang it up at a higher level so the other person can shower. Also there are NO paper towels, no dish soap to wash dishes, no tissues. Those items should have been included as basic part of staying in this room for any future guests.
