Arrived at the hotel to be told I had not paid for my room and they needed to take my credit card. I was in a rush, so did this. The hotel room was comfortable and the breakfast the following day was good and hot. I went to check out and had found the confirmation email detailing that I had paid. The same receptionist stated I had not paid and demanded that I signed her invoice. The female manager came over and told the receptionist to scroll down on her computer. The manager confirmed to me that I had paid, to which the receptionist rolled her eyes at me. I was surprised at her attitude and never write reviews normally. But wanted everyone to be aware of this issue and this receptionist doesn’t get anyone to pay twice, like what happened to me. Overall, a nice hotel ruined by a receptionist with attitude
beds need renewed too soft All the other things you look for in a hotel are good

Very disappointed with the service not enough staff they could not cope. We had to wait 15mins to get a drink because of the queues and they shut the restaurant stopped taking orders as they couldn't cope again !
Very disappointed with the night we stayed ?
First room was beyond disgusting. Bathroom had ingrained dirt, see pictures. Springs on bed stuck out when you sat on them. Bedding had dirty stains and single sheet hadn’t been changed. Pillow had blood type stains on. See pictures. Moved to another room which was better but bedding is old as are beds. Staff were lovely and really helpful. Breakfast was very good.
Ready for an update looks like there is ongoing work menu very long limited heater didn’t work in my room this was rectified quickly tho with a room change. A lot of new hotels around the airport so needs updating to compete with these. Location was good for my needs on this occasion

Stayed overnight as we were attending a show at the Conference Center next door. Everything was as expected. Very busy but staff worked well and we would stay again.

Stayed for one night to attend evening concert at the Arena which is right next to the hotel so ideal location. Electric car charging point nearby so good for us too. Room was fine, nice big beds even in twin room. We didn't require food so cannot comment on restaurant.

Poor room
Got in late to this hotel as I was working long hours, got put in the disabled access room, nearest reception, I suspect for ease to them, had drunk people out my door at night and early risers going for breakfast early morning, bathroom was rubbish as everything was suitable for disabled access not tall men. I have stayed before in this hotel and it was fine but this visit was rubbish (sorry).

Our booking was to allow us to attend an event in the city centre. Hotel was well located, about 10 minutes drive from city centre and with plenty of car parking spaces. Desk staff were very friendly and breakfast was varied and tasty.

This hotel is ideal for attending concerts at the GE arena. Very clean, and the staff were very welcoming and helpful. We ate at the bar and the food was really good. The breakfast was great value and very tasty. The only downfall was, in my opinion....was that the bed was far too soft. That's being picky, but everything else was great.

Lovely staff, and the hotel needs some love!
Please upgrade the rooms. The staff are so lovely and they would be great in a hotel which has heating which works well, and bathrooms which are in the 21st century.
