This hotel is the BEST we have ever stayed at. It is beautiful and unique. The staff is absolutely amazing and they spoil you. We love the atmosphere at Hotel Zaza! Beautiful room, love our balcony overlooking the pool, best valet staff in Dallas, great bar area, good food at their restaurants. Everything is perfect at Hotel Zaza! We have stayed there at least 5 times and we will be back!

I love the ZaZas Hotels, they put extra effort in the decorations! I just have two comments: The mattress needs to be changed, and No coffee machine for my morning coffee?? Really? Oh yes, and they provided me with a 16 oz water bottle, the rest was for sale… But I would still go back!

The hotel is beautiful and the staff is wonderful. Came here for a fever game. They gave me a ride close to the game. As soon as I asked about a ride there, they jumped and grabbed the car and took me there.
