I do not recommend - Terrible Customer Service!
The apartment is spacious, clean and quiet. However, although the building has one reception, there is no agency representative in the building. Therefore, the check-in has to be done through an App or WhatsApp.
I do not have a Brazilian mobile, had no internet, and could not use the building's wifi. Therefore, I was unable to check-in for a long while. Eventually, the front desk person checked in for me through her own WhatsApp. Unfortunately, it was late at night and very stressful.
I had to work the next day, and the internet was beyond slow. I work European hours and at 5 am I wrote to the agency to ask them to do something about the internet; they said they would do something. From 5 am until the time I checked out at midday, I kept asking for help, and they kept saying they were going to do something.
The agency did nothing, I missed a day of work, and by the time I checked out, no one had had the courtesy even to tell me that no technician was coming. I would have gone to a co-working space if they had said that.
The agency's lack of customer service and interest made my stay very unpleasant and cost me a day's work.
