Perfect place near downtown.

The rooms are pretty unique. Perhaps the most unique I have seen in Dubai. The location is great minutes away from dime town Dubai and business bay. It’s a new property which is a plus. The price point is great for Dubai. The price to quality and service ratio is perfect.

Good, but very disappointed

This is a very new hotel. The rooms are very well equipped, modern and comfortable. The mezzanine bed is nice. The location is ok. But : - the environment is noisy, the double glazing is not efficient - the swimming pool was not working, opening every day postponed to the next day... - there is no real reception, no room service, no one competent when there is a problem. These problems will have to be solved so that I come back next year

I have just booked 2 nights for my mother and all I heard from her is complains. The hotel is dirty and smelt like sewage. The steps towards the bed are very steep and she nearly injured herself as she said it’s slippery. The door has no security lock. She said it was like jail. She woke up in the morning asked for toast it was out of stock. The ac was right by the bed and it was pointed directly at the bed. The sink was clogged and she complained twice then they fixed it the next day. She had a terrible stay and I’m being forced to write this lol. Therefore she does not recommend this hotel sorry to say

Dissapointing

This hotel looks nice on photos but it fails at everything else. The bed is tiny and hard, the room has furniture for a single person even thought we booked a double. The daily cleaning doesn’t come if you’re busy and send them away until you specifically request it. Nothing gets refilled, even toilet roll and soap! To make matters worse there was a blaring loud festival opposite until 3am for several nights we stayed. Even though we repeatedly complained, they seem unable to provide any customer service or even a coffee to apologise. Not recommended.

Innanzitutto, segnalo come non esiste un cartello segnaletica esterna che rende difficile il ritrovamento della struttura quando si arriva con un mezzo privato, o in taxi. I servizi di informazione alla reception sono minimi ed il personale non è in grado di fornire una fattura o ricevuta al momento del check out. Segnalo inoltre come ho chiesto più volte alla struttura una fattura dell’elemento a pagamento senza averla mai ricevuto. Da considerare che non esiste servizio in camera/appartamento senza il cambio, quantomeno della biancheria del bagno.

Appartement hôtel très agréable et très calme. Environnement sécurisé même la nuit. La chambre dispose d’un espace nuit en mezzanine, d’une cuisine équipée (four, lave linge, lave vaisselle,…) …d’un espace salon et d’une terrasse longeant l’appartement. Il dispose d’un parking et d’une piscine sur le roof top. Personnel souriant, très professionnel.
