Great Apartments with beach views in surfers

Great apartment with comfortable beds. ocean views were breathtaking, and parking for free a bonus. Staff were very helpful, and pools and spa were great for families. The only downfall was the slow internet, but that was given for free so can’t complain. Overall great stay and looking forward to returning in a couple of weeks.

Excellent location

The hotel location and staff were fine. The hotel itself, or at least my room, need serious work doing. To start the windows need replacing, the patio doors didn’t properly close so there was always a draft and noise coming through. The furniture was old and tired and needed replacing. As did the carpets. The facilities were all fine, but needed to be updated. Until I knew that the hotel had been updated, I wouldn’t go near it and wouldn’t recommend anyone else did.

The view from the property was immaculate and overlooks the Surfers Paradise beach and the elevation made the noise quite faint and bearable. It is very close to the Surfers' mall and dining and there is a beach entry and Lifeguards station right in front of the building. The indoor pool is very nice and heated and the outdoor pool area is well maintained and beautiful. The spa and the sauna were lovely to enjoy and added elegance to the stay. The car park has two entries and out reserved spot was easy to get into but many of the spots are tight and somewhat difficult to negotiate for a large car. The property provides two set of keys which is very handy. The few negative things were first the check in was delayed until around 5pm as the previous occupants left the property in a shape that needed extended cleaning. The bathroom doors had no locks on them and we had to yell every time one of us opened the door while the bathroom was occupied. The shower recess glass doors have huge gaps that the water leaked through and we had to mob the floor after every use. The dryer filter is broken and doesn't stay in place and looks like it has been fixed using blue tac but otherwise functional. The fridge is quite old and froze and ruined our food and grocery frequently. The lifts stopped operating during a storm and we had to climb the 17 floors on foot and while that was to me and the kids a good exercise I can't imagine a person who is old, unfit or with heart condition to be able.

The hotel is in a nice location close to many shops and restaurants. The beach is across the street and the pool area was very nice. Our room was larger than I expected with a washer and dryer that was very nice. The bathrooms could use some upgrading. There was some areas in the bathroom that were rusted and not the cleanest but overall it was a decent place to stay.

The apartment is very new and comfortable, more spacious than we expected. The sea view is beautiful. But the air conditioner only runs for 2 hours then turns off and the wing doesn't work either.

Great value for money. Located right on the esplanade. We had ocean view apartments and we were able to watch the fireworks from the balcony! The apartments are a little outdated, but still very clean and tidy, with comfortable mattress and pillows. Great pool, indoors and outdoors, jacuzzi and bbq amenities as well. Would definitely return.

Good apartment for reasonable price.

Good apartment for the price. Centrally located, but a bit tired. We had apartment on second floor and a higher level would have been better as the balcony was a bit close to the street. Parking was free, but car park was quite tight. The pool, spa, sauna and BBQ area were great.

Excellent location, right across to the beach. Great coffee just down stairs. Beautiful views from every room of our ocean view apartment.
