The employees were all really nice and helpful. The room was clean and cozy. Really good bed, I often struggle to sleep elsewhere but I slept really well. Easy to get in with the code provided. All details are in the app. And perfect location, 5 min walk from Paddington Station. I would stay here again :)

Perfect location

Loved our stay at Sonder, staff were all very helpful special mention to the lovely Niko who assisted us with our luggage. Perfect location, easy access to public transport with Paddington station a few minutes walk away and buses close by. Room nice and clean newly renovated. Would definitely stay again thank you

No elevator. Tough climb on narrow stairs to fourth floor No help with luggage Pin pad numbers worn out so could not read them Pin pad to room didn't work No riom servicing at all. Dump garbage in the hall Go four floors on narrow stairs for towels Never ever stay at a Sonder hotel again

Very disappointed with room, not like the pictures. Bed against walls on three sides making it challenging to share, needing to climb over your bed mate to go to the bathroom. Lift to second floor only with very narrow steep stairs for remaining levels. Have to pay £25 to get the room serviced. We stayed for a week and it was embarrassing to have to ask the reception for toilet paper, on a number of days. Great location, half the staff were friendly but would not recommend this place.

Cannot say enough good. The whole stay at Sonder was so pleasant. Everything was nice and neat and the staff was very very welcoming and friendly and helpful. This location is right by the Paddington station, so accessing the tube and city center couldn’t be easier. Also great bars and cafes right around the corner. Proximity to Hyde Park is a huge bonus too. Can’t recommend enough!

Perfectly situated adjacent to Paddington and nearby Hyde Park. Redefines efficiency in the tiniest room, but you didn’t come to London to stay in the room did you? Elevator doesn’t go all the way up, might not be best accommodations for senior travelers.

Perfect play to stay at in London!

It's a really nice place to stay when in London! The rooms are completely new and clean! No need for keys to the doors, as you simply use a personal code to lock up the doors. It's located perfectly with walking distance to "central" London (Big Ben or London Eye). We experienced absolutely amazing service by their really really kind employee Jessica! I would highly recommend this to anybody looking for a place to stay at in London!

Lovely place. For two adults the room was a tight fit. The bathroom was built into the room which takes up a bit of space. The bed was also rock hard and with pillows that were super flat. THAT SAID the staff were lovely when we saw them and the location is great. I would qualify this as a “do it yourself” type hotel. If you are looking for room service, etc, you probably want to look to a larger hotel. But location and for the price it was great. (But seriously, prepare your back for that mattress.)

Not a hotel, false advertisement. The room is so small you can’t even comfortably have luggage in the room. Shower and hair dryer broken. Wouldn’t come back or recommend. Luckily we only stayed 1 night, but this is not an actual hotel so this should be advertised. There was no real check in/check out.
