Great base.

The hotel was modern clean and comfortable, a great base for seeing friends in Culburra, the receptionist (Kayleigh I think) was very friendly and helpful. Car park was full when we returned on Saturday but we found somewhere to park nearby.

Room itself was nice, the bathroom had hair and mould in the shower though and was extremely gross. The towels had stains on them too. The beds were comfy though and the room quiet. Probably wouldn’t stay here again though. Oh and the scent in reception is far too strong.

Clean Comfortable room and helpful staff.

The receptionist could not have been more helpful allowing us to check in early after our early morning flight. Our room air conditioner was making a loud dripping noise, after attempting to resolve it, we were offered another room and happily moved. The ice creams were appreciated.

Absolutely fantastic from the moment we booked in. Very helpful staff, great under building parking, and modern well set up room was superb. Large room with kitchen, lounge, washing machine, seperate bathroom, bedroom and deck with great outlook over shopping area. Very quiet, great location short walk to shopping and dining.

Mittelmäßiges Quest

Quest leider nicht auf bekanntem Niveau. Speziell die Küchenuttensilien nicht. Keine scharfen Messer, Pfanne nicht nutzbar, da verschliessen/Beschichtung abgelöst. Bett war unübersehbar mit dreckiger Bettdecke bezogen - und dann die Flecken mit Tagesdecke überdeckt. Auf unsere Nachfrage an der Rezeption ob Bett neu bezogen werden kann hieß es um 3 Uhr Nachmittags, dass hierfür niemand mehr verfügbar ist. Wir haben immerhin ein saubers Laken erhalten um das Bett selbst neu zu beziehen.

Great stay

The room was amazing, large king bed for one was just what I needed… taking food with me was a good idea as there is a small stove top, kettle, toaster, fridge and cooking equipment all supplied. Plenty of room and the bathroom was clean and comfortable.
