Great family stay

Great hotel, great breakfast (not just pastry/donuts), indoor pool, no hot tub or spa. Great rooms, 2 hotels joined with big rooms, some rooms with full kitchens for extended stays. Excellent stay for price, friendly hotel staff, very clean and comfortable. Next to green meadows lake, beautiful views, fishing, romantic stroll, or picnic at the covered tables.

My wife and I always stay here and each time the front desk makes it very easy checking in. Our room is always neat and ready for us. Absolutely amazing service.

Not So Good Stay

Te room we were in was not the room I had booked. I booked a suite with separate bedroom and living room. Whaat we ended up with was a one room everything room. The lady at the front desk was very rude and claimed I got the room I ad reserved. We did manage to see the room next door that was the suites type we reserved which was very disappointing. The property landscape and outside area was not maintained and cluttered with trash. We won't be staying at MainStay in the future. I had stayed in the adjoining Comfort Inn 3 weeks earlier and found it to be much better.

We were late due to a plane delays but you had a car for us. Agent’s were very nice and helpful but I was way too tired to appreciate them fully. They gave us a few laughs for the trip and the car was exactly as expected.

It’s like a studio apartment!!!!

This was my first time staying at the Main stay, I absolutely loved it. The room felt like a studio apartment. Nice and roomy the kitchen was awesome. I will definitely start using this hotel when I travel. The only negative the shower drain didn’t drain during my shower, which I’ve experienced that at other hotels. The fold out couch was wore didn’t close all the way flat, probably time for a new one. You can still sit on the couch. I will definitely stay here again when I’m in Hobbs NM

Terrible experience due to the room condition. The table was broken and had the leg propped up against it. The ceiling has some holes patched that had the plaster still dangling from it. The tile flooorng was coming apart everywhere. The lamp was broken and overall the quality of all the furniture and even the tv being mounted to the wall gives you a feeling of a ran down hotel. Much dirtier than the pictures eluded

It is a good room for people who live in a hotel. The air conditioner worked sporadically. The room was not very cool. The halls and elevator were hot. It had a funny smell like the carpet was kind of mildewed. The breakfast was good. I don’t think I would stay there again for a weekend trip

Services was Terrible, Manager was rude and unprofessional, and her husband turned off the lights in the pool area when there was children still in there. All because I asked if she worked at the hotel, after she came in yelling about there being 14 ppl in pool and the capacity was 13 never once did she advise us of who she was, nor did she introduced herself. I guess I was rude for asking who she was, so they took it out on the other guest.

No lobby to check in. No signs to go to other hotel lobby. Room smells. Tv remote didn’t work. Tv cables hanging all over. No quarter machine in the laundry’s. The rudest woman at the checkin who was also on a personal call while checking me in acting as I was an inconvenience being there. Absolutely worst hotel experience I’ve ever had.
