Hidden Gem!!! We absolutely loved our stay here!
The photos online do not do the place justice, the cabins are beautiful and have absolutely everything you need. The cabins are far enough apart for privacy and Jo was extremely responsive in the lead up and during our stay!

Nice semi-secluded property which had great amenities. Our cabin was well appointed with plenty of linen/ kitchen equipment/ space for our group and was very clean.
Overall condition of property was good, games room a little worn out but didn't detract from our stay.
Would recommend for families or group stays. Good location in proximity to wineries and brewery.

It was a great place to stay, very clean would stay again.
Basic cabins but well presented inside, bed was very comfy and everything was clean and tidy. Only negative was the shower is very very small, and only minimal toiletries. BBQ facilities on site for each cabin and kitchen had everything we needed.
We needed somewhere to stay that was close to the venue for a friends wedding. The Belford cottages was the best value stay and we went in expecting fairly bare bones accommodations. We were pleasantly surprised at every turn and will definitely stay again.
We were thrilled to find that tea, coffee, sugar and milk were provided, there were plenty of clean linens and we fell in love with the natural beauty of the location. We were visited by a lace monitor, a variety of birds and other native wildlife. plenty of parking for our group.
The pool looked great but it was still a little chilly to try it out, we are planning to be back in summer to enjoy all the facilities.
Family friendly, cosy cottages, great communal area

Quiet and comfortable, but a little tired.
Wonderfully comfortable beds and nice linen and plenty of towels. Plenty of hot water, although we struggled to get the shower temperature comfortable. The kitchen could do with an extra dish or two, but had the necessary crockery and pots and a full size fridge, microwave and stove.
Loved the countryside and the absolute quiet and the kangaroos, but the whole place needs a bit of attention. The gamesroom needs a thorough clean. Having said that, none of that mattered to our 2 grandsons who had a ball there.
Relaxed aussie bush setting. Very low key, basic provisions but everything we needed to make it work. Games room is a nice touch -the age & state of the equipment adds to the charm of the place.
Clean and tidy accommodation. Plenty of room inside the cabins. Great location in the Hunter Valley. Close to lots of local attractions and wineries. Very comfortable beds. Only issue was the water taps made noises all through the night which disturbed the person who slept on the sofa bed.
The actual buildings, furniture etc were nothing special, but it was a family get together and the games room worked really well for us.

Forget it!
I received a text message about the cabin number and the code for the lockbox the morning of our trip. I missed it. The property phone number listed on Hotels.com is disconnected. As there is no onsite office, our friends - arriving first - ended up knocking on the door of a house at the back of the property to find out what cabin we were in. No answer. I finally found a mobile number through Google. Got a 'I sent a text message to this number at 8:15 today' answer. Customer service = 0!
If you rent your cabins in winter, you need to insulate them. Weather strip on the back door to keep the wind from whistling in would also be a good idea.
Overpriced, underdelivered! Never again!
We were surprised off the lovely cottages and wildlife on the property, it was very peaceful we will keep it in mind to come back another time.

Peace and quiet
Cottage (3) was nice and cosy, and very relaxing. Only problems in our cottage was
1) One window Had no latch or lock, in just slid open, so didn’t leave anything valuable when we were out( just in case).
2) Water pump is dying, water flow keeps alternating, got a bit annoying when having a shower.
3) The outdoor BBQ is missing a burner, so could not cook on open grill side.
Just Little fix’s, and the place would be a Gem..
