This property was in a very good location all walking distance to the beach, cafe and local malls. The staff here were very helpful and polite. Well worth the stay.

The unique thing about this wonderful property is that there is plenty to see and do. Whether it is taking a short stroll to the beautiful Snapper Rocks or enjoying the Sunset at the Surf Club. You will find the amenities in tip top condition, and the best thing is, it’s a great place to have fun.. whichever yours is.

Excellent Accommodation at Rainbow Bay

Excellent location. What a pleasant surprise it was walking into this unit. A spacious, well appointed unit with fantastic views over Snapper Rocks and Rainbow Bay. A very short walk to the beach, and handy to Rainbow Bay Surf Club. Everything you could want on vacation. Comfort, food, beach and bar. Highly recommended.

It could have been great if there was screens.

Best location you can ask . 2 minutes walking to Snappers rock . Tina, the manager was great, very attentive and helpful. The con about our stay was that the apartment didn’t have windows screens or screen doors. We rented the apartment on the first floor and once we opened the windows we got a mosquito issue in the unit. We were told that we could sleep with our windows open and screens was not necessary but unfortunately that was not the case . We had to sleep with all the windows closed and that was a bummer . The weather was not super hot outside otherwise it would have been miserable. Tina, the manager gave us some citronella , bug sprays and fans , that was helpuful.

I have stayed at Carool before - it is in a beautiful location and has benefited from love and care in recent years. Not the most modern of buildings but very well fitted out and Tina is a super friendly manager. I worked remotely all week and WiFi was reliable and quick

The views were stunning. The bed was comfortable with nice linen. Apartment was spacious. Housecleaning needs to improve. Grimy artificial plants and wooden window louvres. Grubby covers on lounge room sofa's. Apart from that, a pleasant stay.

I travel a lot and don’t normally review . I’ve never been so disappointed in a stay than this . Sure it didn’t specify air conditioning but it was so hot , a room ceiling fan didn’t work so a portable one was left for us . It did get fixed but this was my daughters xmas trip and she had to sleep on the lounge the first night as she was uncomfortable. Even third world countries have A/C . There was a discussion of construction noise but manager told me it was barely audible now …. 7 am on Saturday morning the workers were cutting with machines tiles and it didn’t stop , you couldn’t escape it . It had a lovely view . Overall just very disappointing where for $200 extra for 5 days we could have stayed at sea world resort as an example which has AC and plenty more . I wouldn’t stay here again
