Our stay was amazing! Katherina greeted us outside to help us with the parking and the checking, she made our dinner reservation and assisted us with our departure! Exceptional hospitality! The room was beautiful and loved the rooftop patio! I would recommend 100%!

Had a lovely stay at Palatino Concept Suite, very stylish and modern apartment with all mod cons and perfect location on a quiet street right in the center of town, about 5 minutes from cathedral square. Our host was super responsive and helped with everything from parking arrangements, to booking dinner! My only small gripe was that the sound insulation between floors let a fair bit of noise through.

Wonderful stay in Granada!

The room (remodeled a couple years ago) was excellent, clean and comfortable. The room had a balcony and wrap around windows opening out onto a couple beautiful streets of Granada. Think modern amenities right in the heart of Granada. Katherina, our host, went above and beyond in accommodating us and even helping to book a show and ride. We stayed in 6 different hotels on this trip and this one was the best by far.

Cool place, convenient location

Catherine was amazing at communicating esp. with regards to parking. We stayed in the Nazari room with the terrace. The room is tastefully decorated and comfortable. Enjoyed our stay.

Excellent hotel. Patios were lovely. Room was spacious and comfortable, all amenities in room. Staff was very inviting and polite and accommodating in everything. Great landing spot just on the fringe of old town for easy in/out in car, easy walking distance to the good old town.

Beautiful apartment with everything you need

Wonderful, charming apartment in the middle of the city. Clean, stylish and comfy. They contacted us beforehand to help with directions and parking which was very helpful. Also after arriving we were offered help with restaurants, tour or event booking. It felt like having a private concierge. We would absolutely reccomend staying there!

Our family of four enjoyed the stay at this place is very recommendable. Very modern, cozy, very clean attraction walkable from 10 to 15 minutes. Do you have the option of a private parking. The host was able to reserve a table at a nice restaurant as well. I really recommend this place.

Lovely but awkward

Fantastic city, great location. Nice manager, access to a washing machine. Weird that the toilet is essentially in the bedroom with no door, thus no privacy. Odd even if alone. If not, super awkward.

Katherine is very helpful and would book flamenco show, arrange taxi pick up and provide lots of info for the area. She also make sure we got the tickets to Alhambra before our arrival. Just an exceptional and delightful stay at the Palatino to end our Spain trip. My family and I couldn’t have been more happier with the suite. From the comfort, aesthetic, and attention to detail of every inch of the suite, you fall in love right away. Its also located in a perfect area thats walking distance to almost anything you would find interesting in Granada. Javier was also the best host anyone could ask for. He was incredibly welcoming and gave us great food recommendations. It was truly a joy, I highly recommend. I know where I’ll be staying when I'm back to visit Granada.

Our stay at Palatina Concept Suites in Granada was exceptional. The location allowed us to explore on foot everywhere and the modern amenities exceeded expectations. The house manager was incredible, helping us secure hard-to-get tickets for a private Alhambra tour. The guide she arranged was outstanding, adding depth to our visit. Well-sited property on a quiet corner and steps away from shopping and restaurants. Catherine is an excellent concierge who booked our taxis and provided great advice. Unit was very clean with all the amenities for a comfortable stay (stocked kitchen, towels, shampoo, conditioner and body wash. We suggest installing a full-length mirror. Regardless we highly recommend!

Beautiful & exceptional service!

Absolutely loved our stay! The room was gorgeous, and the entire property is perfectly located in the city center. The small pool/hot tub on our balcony was perfect for relaxing at the end of a long day exploring Alhambra. A wonderfully comfortable, BEAUTIFUL accommodation for visiting the many sites Granada has to offer. The parking was a bit challenging for us (we aren’t used to driving in the lovely, but very narrow labyrinthine streets) but the hotel manager went above and beyond and helped us to the parking garage.Truly exceptional service and communication! For those not used to this type of driving, parking outside city center is ample and you can take one of the many convenient taxis to the location. Would absolutely recommend staying at this luxurious and charming hotel when visiting Granada!

Palatina was our favorite place we stayed on our 10 day trip to Spain. The host was very gracious in letting us check in early after a long day of travel. The apartment is very, very nice. New, clean, beautifully decorated, well stocked and very centrally located. We were able to park in the garage 1 minute away and leave the car parked the whole time as we could walk to everything! I would come back to Granada just to stay in this place again. A wonderful home away from home for our family of 4!
