This hotel is absolutely incredible! The staff are just beyond wonderful and truly went above and beyond. I had to leave early due to Covid-19 and they were so kind, supportive and helpful - I can't recommend this place enough! It's more like a 5 star and the rooms / pool are lovely. It's a shame I had to leave early but I will definitely be back again. Thank you to all the amazing staff who helped, especially a young woman who works during the day and managed my check in check out - I'm so sorry as I forgot your name but you deserve a gold star - you are simply amazing!! For those reading in future - this place is not to be missed - it's incredible!!!

Staff were friendly. Room was big and comfortable. They provided coffee /tea making facilities in the rooms. Pool and gym on the roof with a nice view of the city. Breakfast with options of fresh fruits and breads. Only thing that needs to be noted is that the Wi-Fi was terrible to the point that at times the network was not even available in the list.
