This is my second visit to the Forum Suites, it was great to see that they had continued to refurbish the rooms. Additionally, the staff are always so friendly and helpful, nothing is too much trouble. Booking taxi's, tickets for the bus and recommending local restaurants.

Very nice and very clean rooms. Nice location, in front of a beach and close to some nice taverns, although it is not very easy to find a parking. The stuff was not particularly friendly, apart from the lovely cleaning lady.

Great place to stay! Highly recommended!

The stay was amazing, staff are very friendly and accommodating! Next to the beach with beautiful weather! Made friends with the apartments cats (there are 4 of them ☺). Great food and everything is clean, they left a bottle of wine and a sweet birthday message decorated with balllons for my brothers birthday and we needed late checkout and this was done very promptly, basically its been perfect! Would recommend Forum Suites to everyone!

Lovely, friendly hotel next to beach

Stayed for 2 weeks end September. Hotel right opposite lovely beaches and 10 minute bus ride to central Chania (bus stop right outside hotel & discount ticket available from reception) Room very comfortable, slightly dated but kept spotlessly clean. Very comfortable bed. Breakfast basic but fine. All staff very friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend

Staff Were Amazing

I travelled with my fiancée and 15 month old baby. I can honestly say that I couldn't fault this hotel . The staff were very very friendly and accommodating. They made us feel very welcome. The actual hotel was very close to two excellent beaches. The hotel itself was very clean and the restaurant was fantastic. I would have no hesitation in staying here again and would like to thank the hotel staff for our stay

Forum for um........seven days

All staff we encountered were extremely pleasant and helpful. Can hire 2 loungers + umbrella for 7 days at e15. Ideal setting, with the beach just over the road, and another, in my opinion, better, 5 minutes walk. Vey good bus (21) service from appts. to Chania every 20 mins. Spacious & comfortable apartment. Only niggle is the bathroom, where the floor floods after taking a shower. A simple curved ramp would solve this. Not a criticism of the hotel, but the pool can get overcrowded. Party of young men jumping & bombing in & out of the water became annoying, and 3 large inflatables is too many at the same time in the water. Only disappointment was the morning the hotel had arranged for us to be collected by coach at 8.30 a.m. We arrived when breakfast starts at 8.00 in order to obtain bacon & eggs as it would be some time before our next meal - and we are English! Whilst most of the other offering had been put out, it was 8.15 before we saw any eggs being cooked, and after 8.20 when a pack of bacon was opened, let alone cooked. This meant that, in order to be on the coach, we missed out on our breakfast of choice. Sorry, but if breakfast starts at 8.00 then all items should be available at 8.00. Otherwise, a great place to stay.

Fantastic Forum

We had a fantastic stay at Forum. Great location 50m to a beautiful beach and easy access to Chania by bus. The staff were fantastic especially the 2 girls at breakfast.

Great location for a beach holiday

Very attractive complex around a small but pleasant pool. Main Golden Beach just across the road but other smaller beaches a short walk away. Very easy access to Chania - bus stops outside the hotel - can get crowded at peak times. Easy level walk to Chania along the beach which takes 30 - 40 mins. We ate once in the hotel - moussaka was great - but the draw of Chania in the evenings was just too much. Great breakfast selection however!

Great location next to beaches

The staff were absolutely lovely, every single one was very helpful and delightful to speak to. The room was clean and had a useful kitchenette, and the shower was great. The food at the restaurant was really lovely, we ate there three times - I can recommend the Caesar Salad - and it's open all day. The breakfast wasn't the best but ok for the price. Really easy to get into Chania by frequent bus stopping at hotel. Ask at reception for the excursion to Gramvousa - it was a perfect day!

Great stay by the beach

Beautiful and well-maintained courtyard pool area, great breakfast and very friendly and helpful staff across the board. Great location not far from Chania Old Town (30-40 minute walk, 15 minutes by bus from right outside the hotel's front entrance) but in a relaxed and quiet area away from the busier coastal spots. Lovely sandy beach just across the road with beach cafe/bar and umbrellas. The room/apartment was a little dated but some rooms appear to have been recently renovated so more improvements might be on the way.

Very clean rooms, bar, restaurant and pool area. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly, especially the waitress, Danny, full of beans and always smiling. Our room description (booked through Expedia) stated a pool view but when we arrived our room had a small balcony that backed onto the rear of the property with no view. We told reception and even though the room type is what we had paid for, they happily upgraded us to a bigger room on the ground floor that had a balcony at the front, looking over the pool and also a balcony at the back with 2 chairs and 2 sun loungers. The room was very spacious and cleaned daily. We had 2 single beds pushed together which is my only negative comment. They kept slipping apart on the tiled floor but the cleaner tied the legs together which seemed to do the trick. The bus stop is right outside, we took the 10 minute bus ride into the Old Town most nights where you can find everything you need. Beach is also over the road from the hotel. Brilliant week stay there, I would recommend to anyone and I would happily return to the same resort and hotel.
