Super comfortable large room in a nice area. Gym was really good for a hotel. Manager permitted a convenient late check-out, which I am thankful. The only area of improvement was breakfast (it was western style). I definitely recommend the hotel.

Room is clean and in excellent condition. English speaking staffs are very friendly and helpful. The area is quiet and safe and yet walkable to lively area. There also a 7-11 right across the street to restock your necessities. Will revisit next time in Seoul.

I have stayed at Orakai Insadong Suites multiple times and always enjoy the stay. The location and being an apartment style hotel are real bonuses! Service is prompt and courteous. The only negative would be some of the carpets/flooring in apartments as they are a bit worn.
