Nice hotel

Very nice place and perfect to explore Chapinero. The room is quiet as in a residential street. The only constructive criticism is the breakfast: it took them 35 minutes to actually bring me the breakfast as I felt they forgot about me and I felt a big ignored (as the English speaker at the property).

I liked that it was walking distance to shops and restaurants. The breakfast was nice and the rooms well cleaned. I did not like that when I checked in I was told that my reservation was not paid and that I needed to charge the room to my credit card. I did, but later checked with Expedia to prove that I did prepay. The hotel apologized for the mistake , but has not refunded my card. They told me I need a certified letter from my bank proving I paid

A really fine, quiet, safe, clean hotel. The fridge a particularly welcome addition. Very nice place for the included breakfast. Only complaint: the service in the breakfast room was S-L-O-W!! And very limited choice. No grains, no yogurt, no cereal, almost no fresh fruit. That should be fixed. Everything else excellent!

Alojamiento hermoso con ubicacion inmejorable

El alojamiento es hermoso, la habitacion amplia y bien distribuida. La zona es genial, cafes y restaurantes cercanos a pie. El alojamiento es tipo apart hotel, la habitacion tiene todo lo necesario para estadias cortas, tiene buen escritorio para trabajar remoto. No probe el desayuno para visitar lugares cercanos, habia menu de brunch colombiano con opciones de la costa, andino, cachacho y paisa. 100% recomendado.
