Daytona Beach Club

The place is run down, no imenities whatsoever. I would not recommend this place to any one. I stayed there 2 years ago, it was very good. Since the hurricane, the place needs a rebuild.

We never ended up staying at the property we showed up there the facility had no amenities (pool,restaurant,out side area) so disappointed. Refund has been requested. Hotel smelled of mildew and musk. I had my 80 year old mother with me and we were not staying under those conditions. Unacceptable Had to find and pay for other accommodations Again unacceptable

The room Was disgusting, found 2 dead roaches approximately 2 inches long, 1 live roach running around the hallway door frame atleast 3 inches long. You can’t cancel or you lose your payment so you’re stuck keeping the lights on and checking your luggage before you leave. I will never book through the Airbnb again

When I arrived parked my vehicle to be checked in. The white blonde headed lady was very rude (rushing people to unload their cars, using the cart and to get on and off) the elevator. I have never experienced anything like this before. Shown on the pictures of the resort the balcony was very tiny, I requested a 1 queen size bed ended up with a double bed. Very very unhappy guest.

Unfortunately all of the amenities are closed as of 8/25/2024. We booked specifically for the kiddie pool area and it was not disclosed that the pool deck was still in ruins from hurricane damage. The room was beautiful and very clean, super easy access to the beach so we made the most of our stay!

This was a terrible choice to stay at. There were no bath towels and the bed linen was questionable. Not even any coffee. Our host, Vacasa, was useless. Started communicating with them on arrival and we never got anything but promises of they would get the their local staff to help. They would even confirm they had tried. We dried off with hand towels the first night and bought beach towels The next night. So much for Customer Service. Would not recommend

Well lets start with there are no amenities! Nothing in the hotel is open! No pools, no dining/bar area, no weight room, no laundry, no Nothing! None of that was disclosed prior to booking the room. Found out when i got my check in email from the company managing the hotel. By then it was too late to cancel and get my money back. In addition to that there is no staff in the building! Saw 1 security guard in the evening occasionally. Didn't see not 1 person from housekeeping. Trash overflowing in designated areas where you are to take your own trash out to! Oh and you have to park behind a shopping plaza that is easily a 5 minute or more walk. Overall pathetic excuse for a hotel! Will definitely never stay there again or anywhere that company manages!

The room was very nice and clean I was very disappointed because the pools were all out of order. We couldn’t use the doors that went directly from pool to beach. Definitely need up grades and let people know the resort isn’t in total working order.

Got there and found out pools were closed. There was nothing stating this when I was making my booking. There were bugs in the room. The hotel has gone WAY down from when I stayed there before. We did not end up staying.

Misrepresentation of Property

There are absolutely No facilities open or available at the property. The pool, spa, bbq, bistro are all closed down & in disrepair. The floor was dirty and the shower had mould in the shower. We could hear the people next door when they spoke. The car park on site was also closed. Had to park in vacant lot next door & trundle bags in. Rubbish was overflowing in bin in hallway to room. The room was freezing & we were unable to get the heater to work. The beds had a sheet & 1 blanket on each bed. There was only 1 extra blanket for 2 beds, we had to use the beach towels on the 2nd bed to try and keep warm. We contacted Vacasa & they sent a person@ 6pm to try & fix heater. Heater wasn’t fixed & by 8pm they couldn’t do anything but provide an extra blanket.

This is a horrible place to stay. The property was dirty. The bed was broke and dented in. The AC didn’t work and they knew it due to them have fans throughout the room. Elevators didn’t work. Trash all over property. The balcony view was horrible the below pool where green.the food in the area was nasty. I will never stay here again and don’t recommend it to anyone. It needs to be completely remodeled. Worst stay ever.

AC didn’t work, I messaged with management on 3 occasions and they told me that’s unfortunate and stopped replying. Pigeon poop all over the balcony and nothing included for the beach. No pan in the kitchen just 1 scratched up pot. Also accommodations stated for 6 people but there are only 5 pillows. Beds are uncomfortable, the legs were falling off and I had to fix it. All amenities around the hotel are closed, even indoor pool and sauna, which wasn’t stated in the description
