Greve in Chianti farm rentals

We have been fortunate to visit Tuscany on several occasions, but never before to this region. Wow! The scenery around Greve and Panzano was just spectacular, and this villa's location - perched at the end of a hill ridge - takes some beating as it offers near 360% views across two valleys. Sunrise and sunset.The villa is sensational. Yes, as we were a mix of adult friends/family we would have benefitted from en-suite rooms, but I'd trade that for the other facilities and location any time! It is supremely comfortable, extremely well equipped (the best we have seen!), and all-round a top-notch villa. Alessio, the neighbouring vineyard owner, doubles as manager and he is excellent. Whatever the owners pay him is not enough! He is there when needed, discreet and out of the way when not. We had a couple of 'routine' issues (tripped fuse, leaking tap, internet outage), and he responded immediately and got them all sorted - with a smile. He even went as far as a 45 min round trip to pick up two of our party whose car had broken down. That's way beyond the call of duty. Oh - and his wine is excellent! What would make this house even better? In truth, not much. 1. Ensuites in more rooms. 2. A ceiling fan on the patio terrace for the one day when the breeze was absent. 3. Nothing!In short, this is a fabulous property, in a fabulous location, with a fabulous manager. Imke - if you are ever promoted to sell, give me a shout!

The accommodation was absolutely lovely, great location and stunning views. Laura was friendly, easy to contact and extremely helpful. I would 100% recommend this to anyone looking for a holiday in the region!

The house looks just like the photos. It is in amazing setting and the views are wonderful. Lucrezi, the owner is very and helpful and lives in the house behind the villa. Panzano is a 15 minute walk away, but please note a lot of it is a dirt track. The village itself is small with just a couple of restaurants, gelaterias and a few shops. The Sunday market is worth a visit. The main bedroom has a small bathroom and if you're tall it's difficult to stand up straight. The only other downside was that there were only three sunbeds, so as a family of four someone always had the deckchair. All in all though, a lovely villa in a lovely location. Would definitely recommend.

Well, this is a beautiful, charming apartment. Spotless, modern inside a very old and charming building. Carolina and Francesco are perfect hosts. Such attention to detail. We thought the views from the apartment were stunning. We are planning a return visit in 2019. The location could not be better, right in the middle of Panzano a stunning town in Tuscany. There is a great bus service to both Florence and Sienna, also serving many of the surrounding towns and villages. What a wonderful week.

Villa Nozzole was the perfect place for our family reunion consisting of 15 members. The service provided by Oliva, Graziella and the rest of the staff was outstanding! Graziella’s dinner upon our arrival was absolutely delicious and we always looked forward to the daily homemade mouth watering breakfast. Villa Nozzole is perfectly situated and allowed us to enjoy both the Villa and some of Tuscany’s finest cities. The property and amenities are top notch and our entire family had an unforgettable experience. Our family is still talking about our stay and would love to return again. Thank you Villa Nozzole for memories that will last a lifetime for our multi-generational family.
