Bemus Point hotels

Nice new remodel and location. Close to town and Chautauqua Institute. Clean and spacious. Kayaks and paddle boat where a big bonus. Downside, They could have been cleaned and ready to use though. Like a pool at a hotel. Home is a bit high on price to Value. The house remodeling was done with pine-ish wood then stained and not sealed. The wood swelled Some, because it is pine. Causing some of the doors to squeak. Some oil on hinges would make them quieter. Instructions on TV Options would be nice. The single bathroom a hinderance when more than two people stay. Outside furniture was old and falling apart. I fixed them some before I left. Sections of the home where odd to deal with, since some of the owners belongings are kept at the location. Extra charges for more than two guest in my opinion is questionable. Overall nice. But not ( $ 2,800 a week perfect. ) Pease✌️
