Lovely apartment, great location within Bellagio, only a short walk into town and to other beauty spots. Great accessibility, parking space and a securely gated. Very picturesque surroundings. Would definitely recommend this property.

We had a great time enjoying the breakfast and dinners on the terrace, while admiring the view. We liked the feeling of the house, which felt cozy and welcoming. We thank Manola for everything, including for the welcome gift.

A fabulous apartment to share with family and friends. Lovely garden and sun room with lots of seating options to enjoy the incredible views of the lake. Marco is an excellent host and was really accommodating. The little tunnel down to the beach was a great surprise and it was wonderful to have such easy access to lake swimming. A wonderful place to just relax or to explore Lake Como.

I arrived with my boyfriend, I left with my fiancé! Couldn’t have asked for a more romantic setting. This apartment was beautiful not least because of the stunning view across the lake. We were there in January and the apartment was warm and cozy and had everything we needed. Giorgio and Lorena were really helpful in our pre planning and on arrival. We were looking for somewhere to celebrate new years and they made some local suggestions. They also kindly offered to make a reservation for us at a restaurant in the village. Also on arrival telling us everywhere to go and where was good to eat. There are a couple of places right underneath the apartment and they are the only place to eat on the lake shore so it really couldn’t have been better. A great location to drive to many other places too, notably St Moritz! We loved discovering the specialities of the region, especially in Valtellina. We had a gorgeous stay and loved our idyllic apartment.

This was our first visit to Lake Como and we weren't disappointed. The views from the property were absolutely stunning and there are many options across the property of beautiful places to sit to to enjoy the view. The gardens are beautiful with several levels but do be aware that this means there are many stone steps between the house and the pool area. We were a group of 5, including a set of grandparents and an able 3 year old. The stairs weren't a problem for us but might be for others with young children or less able party members. The pool is lovely as is the alfresco kitchen area with pizza oven and bbq. Overall we had a wonderful family holiday and would thoroughly recommend the property.

The villa was immaculate and the most incredible location. It was well supplied and we were given plenty of great recommendations for our stay.

Lots of communication with the owners before our stay meant we were met promptly & shown around the property which was great. he gave us tips on where to go & what to do, the property was beautiful, really central with a well stocked kitchen & bathroom in case you forgot anything! little extras make the difference & we really enjoyed staying here from morning coffee on the balcony to evenings watching the sunset / thunderstorms across the lake. Quiet location, probably the most beautiful ever! nice restaurants, cafes ?& great ferry service to visit other towns.

Such a beautiful location, yes the hill is a bit of a killer the first time... but so worth it for the amazing views! We loved our cosy stay at Ilaria’s place. We took our 1 year old, who was catered for perfectly, Ilaria kindly set up a cot and high chair. Check in and out were seamless, we couldn’t have asked for more.
