The only thing I would have liked, and maybe this is a preference, is contact with the Host slightly earlier than a few days before our stay.

We have just spent the weekend at this lovely apartment (apartment 5, penthouse) for my mams 60th birthday. The apartment is gorgeous, spacious, modern with a stunning view of the ocean and promenade! The owners were very on hand and corresponded with us very efficiently. You're less than a 10 minute walk to the central pier, about 15 minute walk to the tower and centre. Really could not fault the location. I was a bit worried reading reviews mentioning the outside of the building, as you have to enter through the back, of course it isnt going to be stunning! But it didnt put us off at all considering how gorgeous it was inside. My only critism would be to get the downstairs hallway tidied up as there was paint falling off the walls on some areas, which is a shame considering the effort they've made with the apartments. There are also alot of stairs to get to the top which my mam struggled with but she loved it so much she said she would still go back there. Overall a wonderful stay and we would definitely return :)

Very convenient location within a nice stroll of the seafront, lots of local parking on the road on both sides. Nice and quiet property with lots of room and everything i think you would need. Will definitely return next year but for longer!
