Ladispoli apartments

Our second time in this lovely apartment which has everything you could want; views over the beach and people promenading just below you. Very handy for Rome with frequent trains. Massimo is a great host and responds promptly to any requests. Highly recommended. Thanks for everything.

We really enjoyed our stay. The apartment is very high spec, extremely comfortable and well furnished. The roof terrace is beautiful, great spot for sunbathing and the pool is perfect. Also a lovely shaded area with a large table for lunch. There is a coffee bar and ice cream shop right downstairs too and several restaurants within walking distance. Patrizio, the owner, was available anytime. He checked us in and out, personally explaining everything about the property. He even went out of his way to book us in to some local restaurants, making sure we got great tables. Couldn’t have asked for more from him.

This is a great property, conveniently located for the beach, large supermarket, Sunday and Tuesday market, restaurants and train station.The property has all conveniences such as oven, hob, fridge freezer, coffee machine, washing machine and dishwasher. The property has a nice through breeze and mosquito nets which help cool it down. It also has some air-conditioning. Tiziana the owner was very friendly and helpful. There is a smart tv in the lounge where you can log in to your video service. We would definitely stay again in this property again.

Marina Di San Nicola is just a wonderful place !! Piura - a wonderful hostess, very responsive and friendly. The apartment is very large, clean, well located, but a bit noisy (because there are trains nearby). I really recommend this apartment for recreation! The apartment is suitable for a large family or a large company. Many thanks to Piara for everything!
