Fossemagne cottages

So lovely to stay in a period property with lots of charm. Our hosts very kind and generous to us … and gave us the best tomatoes we’ve ever eaten!

Jerome and Christelle welcomed us to their beautiful place, a short walk from a vibrant and pretty village, St Léon. The apartment was impeccably clean and very well stocked with all things you need. The pool was also perfect. Jerome and Christelle gave us lots of information about the local area, things to do, restaurant recommendations etc. We had a very happy family holiday and hope to come back to visit again!

We stayed for three weeks at the converted stable, it was simply beautiful but also very functional, well equipped and everything worked well. Comfortable bed, lovely sofas. Garden is lovely with various private spaces to sit. Village is small but does have a bar/tabac and bakers. Small Friday market with local produce. Lots to see within an hours drive. Gerda, our host was super, she helped us and gave great information on places to go and see. We had an amazing time and big thanks to Gerda!!

Lou Vitan was absolutely ideal in every way for a totally relaxing break from everyday life back home. Perfectly isolated in a beautifully historic village perched on the Visere, with all amenities we required within easy reach. In addition we were superbly greeted treated by our marvellous hosts Claire-Louise and Bruce. Highly recommended .

Easy communication with the property owners and check In was welcoming with fresh eggs and wine! Property is neat and exceptionally well equipped. In close proximity to many family friendly tourist areas and shops with a good selection of delicious wine and cheese. Only issue we had were the ants. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Just returned from a wonderful 10 days in the Perigord. This property provides absolute privacy, tranquility and also ample room both inside and outside for the 8 people it accommodates. Although upstairs may not be suited to taller people this is a minor issue with an otherwise faultless property. We particularly loved the pool area and the outdoor spaces in general. The owners are really attentive and helpful when there was a need to get in touch. I wouldn’t hesitate to book here again.
