This is a new resort, it basically has a long way to go yet but has potential. Construction ongoing which is ok if they did not work all hours of the day, so if you are looking for something quiet not ideal. Service is inconsistent, observed groups being dealt with lots of smiles whereas my own experience as solo traveler was very different. Systems seem to be broken as i was asked to check out a day earlier even though reception confirmed my booking was ok at time of check-in. Positives was staff members like Rica (pool bar) and Jennifer (breakfast restaurant) who makes effort to have genuine conversations plus remember guest names! Great views if you are at the top levels of the buildings. Still undecided if i will go back to Tambuli on my next visit to Cebu.

Staff was very polite and very helpful in everything that we had to deal with I would recommend this hotel to anyone and if i am back in cebu again I sure would be staying there
