Lovely place to spend time. Quiet location by the sea with a short drive into ‘Concarneau ville close’.We loved it here.

The villa is really nice. Well equipped and modern We had a lovely welcome from Olivier The pool and outside space is excellent The neighbourhood is really quiet and exclusive but is very handy for Benodet. Letty beach is a few minutes walk - pretty much all traffic free paths and the town is 15 or 20 minutes walk also mostly off road Benodet is a great place with lots of lovely beaches of all types. Parking was easy and free everywhere

Patric and Stephane have put much thought into making this brand new build home a very comfortable and functional place to stay. The outdoor area was relaxing and there was ample space to park our cars. We also found it convenient for the local shops, bars and restaurants and the beach, as well as exploring the region of Finisterre. Patric and Stephane were very easy to communicate with and gave us a thorough explanation of how everything worked at check in.

Myself and my family had such a great holiday staying in this beautiful home. It is furnished tastefully with high quality fixtures and fittings. The pool is immaculate and was a real highlight for us. We really enjoyed exploring the local area and there is a great supermarket nearby for groceries.

From the beginning of our holiday to the end this property was perfect. Marie was the most welcoming host you could wish for. She was so helpful and genuine , her English was very good and her advice very helpful in making a great holiday.

The house was in an excellent location near the sea and had everything that was needed for great stay by a large family group. I can thoroughly recommend it.
