Agios Theodoros villas

We stayed at Meneou Seaside Mansion 7 as a party of 10. My parents, Three aunts, Sister, Brother in law, 10-year-old nephew and myself. Location wonderful (nice and quiet, but easy enough to get onto the main roads), and the beach only a few minutes drive away. The hosts were attentive and communications great; any problems quickly resolved. The swimming pool is unheated, but "it's lovely once you're in", and we had a lot of fun with the pool table in the evenings. The Villa made perfect sense for the ten of us – it worked out much cheaper than hotel rooms for 9 days would have cost our party. We'd love to return! Thank you.

We stayed at Villa Sunshine and I must say when we arrived we were delighted with the property and felt instantly relaxed and like we had arrived at a luxury destination. The views were stunning and it is a real treat to have your own pool! It was also lovely sharing a bottle of wine on the sofa of the master suite. The check in process was seemless and Svetla provided lots of wonderful local recommendations and local conveniences- as a hostess she was faultless and even visited us to see how we were settling in laden with Zorbas Bakery goodies. Definitely need a car in these parts as the villa is situation outside of the towns in a newly built enclave of villas, but I reckon that is true wherever you stay in the whole of Cyprus if you want to see anything/ do supermarket runs. The area also seemed more Cypriot than Peyia region we stayed for the other part of our holiday. This is what we were really craving along with beautiful Mezze and Fish restaurants, however there is also access to UK food along Mackenzie Beach strip if you just need some chips! The airport is super close by and is a perfect destination if you have a late overnight flight. The villa was well equipped for children and had a potty amd cot provided. 100% recommend.

The villa is lovely and has everything you need for a family. The location is only a 10 minute drive from the airport and a 5 minute walk to the beach. The sea was wonderful and the beach was nice. There is a lovely traditional taverna called Enaila which we highly recommend and a restaurant called Theta which is fantastic. Great stay and will definitely be going back.

Great place for families or groups. Would recommend a hire car due to location though, very out of the way! Would be nice to have a supermarket on site for the basics. However, the villa was beautiful, it was very peaceful, and we had a great time. Overall, would definitely come back, loved it!

From the moment we booked everything was easy and well explained. The details on how to get to the property from the airport were clear and spot on! Carol was very helpful, friendly and answered all our queries and questions.The villa had everything we needed, and thank god it had air con as the heatwave was just a bit too much at times.Car is a must. Pool was great fun and maintained well. Can’t really fault it. Many thanks

The villa itself is great lots of space and plenty of social areas with lots to do. Pool table was a god send for my teens! The local area itself is up and coming I’d say there isn’t much although the local bakery and coffee shop was excellent! The local restaurant is lovely also. A good find but a car is absolutely essential!!

This is the 4th time we have stayed at this Villa. We love the location - you have to have a car to get around. The pool is a great size it suits us perfectly.
