Montefiore Conca villas

This is quaintly described as a cottage on a hill but it was actually a very large villa in lovely grounds, with the most fantastic big pool with a glorious view, close to Pesaro and the motorway network, yet felt wonderfully remote! Lots of room for 10 (we were 6) and very secure and private with excellent air conditioning.

Fantastic! We were looking for a 3 bedroomed accommodation with views over the rolling hills of the Emilia Romagna countryside with easy access to the Misano race circuit and other sites such as San Marino and Rimini. We found it with Angelo's upstairs apartment in Gemmano. Idyllic views and all needed conveniences. Angelo couldn't have been any more welcoming and helpful.

Clean, cool, beautiful property for a family reunion. Easy walking distance to beach or centre. Lovely well-kept garden. Comfortable beds and furniture and well stocked kitchen. Stephen was friendly and helpful. Thankyou!
