We had a group of 5 couples stay at Pimento Hill to celebrate our 40th birthdays. The property was incredible - the pictures really don't do it justice. The staff were wonderful. Mel was amazing and worked so hard to make our stay special! Our rooms were always spotless. It was so nice to have Delano for our transportation needs. We went to the beach and pool at Tryall, an ATV excursion, dinner at Round Hill one night, but the last day decided to not leave and enjoy every bit of what the house had to offer. Jane, thank you for answering every question before our stay promptly and in detail. Your knowledge, opinions, and recommendations were appreciated! You made the planning process easy. Thank you for sharing your special home with us. We absolutely loved our stay and hope to return one day!

We had a great time at the villa. all the staff were brilliant and friendly and great at their jobs. allowed us to have a well earned rest after a long and busy year.

A wonderful way to celebrate our the last leg of our 50th trip around the sun! Our group of five women very much enjoyed our stay at AFIMI. The house was EXACTLY as pictured and described -- so much space and everything was in great condition. We loved doing whatever we wanted - be it kayaking, SUP, reading, relaxing by pool etc without having to worry about anything. The meals were delightful and the staff were kind, but unobtrusive. The house itself is a small gated community, we never felt at all unsafe.

Vila was honestly the best thing of this Vacation. Chef is amazing All staff from the minute you arrive very friendly and very welcome. Local beach is nice too. You feel safe 💯 there Local restaurant its pretty good too Thank you all vila staff and Wayne for our very memorable vacation.

We were a party of 12 celebrating a joint 60th birthday. We read the reviews and all we can say is WOW, they were all true. Hard to know where to start but the villa was fantastic with a great location but what made it for us was the staff. Nothing was too much trouble and Valentino’s attention to detail was second to none. Shanice’s food was some of the best we have ever tasted, Damien was an excellent tour guide and we could go on. All anyone has said since we got back is “how do we top that holiday” The only answer is to go back. Cannot recommend the villa and the staff highly enough.

I don't normally write reviews but my experience at here was so refreshingly different to other villas that I felt the need to inform potential guests of why this was so special! Property/Location: first and foremost the villa is positioned close enough to Montego Bay for you to get the full tourist experience but tucked away enough to get peace and tranquility where the neighboring plots are all at least an acre in size. The ocean views are most definitely the best I've experienced in the whole of Jamaica! Which you can take in from the outdoor seating/bar area where we had most of our breakfasts and dinners. You can literally see planes fly in and out on Montego Bay airport without being disturbed by the sound of them! Good sized pool, fruit trees, (Mel chopped down some fresh coconuts whilst we were there to drink!) play space for the kids and good size bedrooms with Aircon in each of them. Maid and cook service: Anna was the maid and cook, but honestly felt like part of the family as she was courteous, friendly and had a great energy always making us feel comfortable in asking for anything! Anna catered to the varying and individual needs of each family member and quite quickly got to learn and accommodate our dietary requirements and preferences. We chose to have the in-house cook service for the majority of the stay! Though we had initially planned to eat out and experience Jamaican restaurants more than we did, we couldn't resist the Windfall Villa views from the outdoor covered eating area and the personalised cook service that we received! We chose what we wanted the day before, and shopping was done by Anna and Mel and meals served at times of our choice! Towels were refreshed regularly, pool cleaned and rooms attended to. We were treated like Kings and Queens! Owner and service: Mel was at hand from airport transport, to giving us unbiased advice on where to go and what to do. It was comforting to be able to speak with him in person for requests, or queries we had throughout our stay. Mels priority was that we had a great experience. We held an event at the villa where Mel brang over a supply of ice cubes as we forgot to get them! The event was a success as our 30+ guests enjoyed the surroundings and good music with us. Summary: Great value, fantastic views! Personable and welcoming staff. Get the "looked after" feel of a hotel but also the "home away from home" feel with the private gated villa. Excellent communication with host pre-visit, who was willing to move our booking not once but twice because of enforced flight changes. Excellent staff, particular hats-off to Jason, night security. Whole experience was a complete joy. Always felt safe with friendly, diligent and knowledgeable staff.
